Wow, just wow. What a beautiful place. We stayed in Cielo Tranquilo, the view is to die for. And everything you could possibly need, down to several decks of cards and domino games in the armoire. We absolutely loved the sound of the waves right under our room. We had zero problems with bugs or scorpions. We found the beds...

4 nights at Casa Pericos, wanted to stay longer - plan to go back. Wife's first three words were WOW, wow, wow - when we walked in and saw the view, The view from every floor is amazing. You need an adventurous spirt to sleep with no 4th wall (open to the ocean) and see and hear the sounds of...

Amazing view and everything you need is here! Feels like you are sleeping on the ocean. We had the lowest level, which was perfect for 2 people (sleeps 4 though). Short walk to a small grocery store. "Restaurants" aren't really open in town so don't plan to eat out unless you walk to the main beach, which isn't too close....

Far from the bright lights of Puerto Vallarta but within the expansive grandeur of the Bay of Banderas lies a hidden gem, the village of Yelapa. What makes this quaint town of palapas and cottages unique is it's only access is by water taxi; there is no road. I had the best 2-day experience staying at Casa Pericos, which stands...

We have come back to Pericos for the highest level of luxury, service, comfort for 6 years in the row now. What brings us back to beautiful Pericos a side from what Yelepa and its community represents, is the high standard and appreciation for their guests. The owners and the staff make sure that nothing is missing or left un-cared...

We were in Casa Pericos for a week, and we 'loved every minute that we spent in it. We were only a few feet from the ocean, and the view was amazing. Casa Pericos is a few properties down from the beach Playa Isabel, which we loved, and the snorkeling out front was great!

This was my first time in Mexico as I usually travel the US on my motorcycle. My friend had been to Yelapa 30 years ago and wanted to return, so we went. I "found" Casa Pericos on Tripadvisor, the ratings were excellent, and so we chose it. The ratings are, to say the least, correct! We stayed in the smallest...

Easily the best suite I have ever stayed - the design and siting is impeccable, on the ocean nestled into the jungle, on the quiet part of the bay. Enjoyed breakfast overlooking the bay, watching dolphins and manta rays, and snorkeling at the foot of the Casa. Ocean breezes kept things cool and comfortable. The owner and concierge took good...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Casa Pericos, located on "The Point" in Yelapa only a few palapas down from Isabel's Beach, is the newest and most finely appointed Guest House/Vacation Rental in Yelapa. Casa Pericos, which translates as "House of the Parrots", are three romantic Indonesian-inspired loft suites rising within a beautiful jungle canopy filled with parrots and butterflies directly on the ocean. All three romantic Indonesian-inspired loft suites of Casa Pericos sleep up to 14 when rented together, but may be easily closed off to be two or three very spacious lofts, all with private baths and separate kitchens to accommodate our guest's needs. With breathtaking ocean and jungle views, calm warm ocean breezes, and waters teaming sea life literally at your front door, you will immediately understand why people are instantly lured to jump into the water before they even unpack. Once settled in, take a soak in our Zen Soaking tub with expansive jungle and ocean views, or shower in our private outdoor shower pavilion, before enjoying a margarita on your balcony overlooking Banderas Bay. We are located in the quietest area of Yelapa on The Point, yet Casa Pericos is only a five minute walk to the village restaurants and two locals dance clubs, or 20 minutes walking to the main beach or nearest waterfall. Begin your journey with us below as we explore each of our three Indonesian-inspired loft suites at Casa Pericos and the eco-barefoot experience Yelapa offers! ... more   less
