The room was spacious & generally clean with the exception of the en-suite where there was mould in some of the grouting in the shower & the basin was cracked. The service in the dining room for the evening dinner was excellent but the standard of the food that we had was disapointing. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

We stayed at “Cradle Mountain Hotel” for two nights and on arrival we were advised that our room was upgraded to a King size with no extra cost. Surprise! We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staffs were really friendly and welcoming and the service was great. At the hotel you can have access to free Wifi and...

This has got to be the gem of accomodation at CM. Great spacious rooms opening onto bush. 6 star food. Friendly helpful staff. Special mention to Adam the manager.....solved our problem without any fuss and didn't even rsise a sweat. Take advantage of this luxury on the sticks.

Room was fine with all the usual facilities. The dining was good with a reasonable choice of wine. What I really liked was the nature trail laid out as a boardwalk just behind the hotel. We spent a very pleasant hour strolling in the "outback". The hotel was very long so you needed to be a good walker to get...

We come here for lunch regularly. They have recently updated the dining room and bar. It needed it. The staff are great. The food choice for lunch is more than you would expect. You can eat in the ding room or the large lounge chairs. We will return.

Check was smoth and easy, thebroom we had was spacious and well appointed, bed and pillows were very comfy. We ateat the inhouse resutauant, very limited dinning options at Cradle Mountain, basically you eat where you stay. The pricing was what you would expect when visiting area's like this, mains were ranging from $32 to $44. The meals were very...

I only stayed at this hotel for one night - unfortunately. The room I had was on two levels, with tv on both levels. The upper contained the large bed and the bathroom, with an impressively large spa bath. The lower level was the lounge area with a full length opening window overlooking the Bush. I opened the window and...

It is not a bad hotel, but it is clearly overpriced for what it is. This is what you do when you are the only game in town. The rooms are simple but nice. But in that price range, I would expect a gym and a pool, none of which is offered. Service by youngsters from all over the world...

We weren't staying at the hotel but dining options in the park were very limited so we decided to eat here for dinner one night. The menu seemed good if on the pricey side...but that raised our expectations. The steak meals we ordered were little more than a piece of steak with a few under cooked veg and watery mash....

The hotel is located conviently just outside the National Park. The room was spacious split level with king size bed. Hotel is modern and well laid out. Excellent staff from all around the world.Breakfasts and dinners were great with plenty of choices. The outdoor spa was the perfect way to relax after a day's hiking.
