Overall, we enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. They upgraded our room for free (thank you!) and we enjoyed the spa room with a great view of the nearby forest. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Tastefully decorated and in nice shape. The WiFi worked fine and parking is free and plentiful. They advised us upon check...

lovelly hotel, wilderness gallery was interesting, located in middle of park, staff very helpful and lovelly resturant, jacuzzi and massage available for weary hiking legs, very cold all year round and can snow at anytime of the year, heaters in room and fireplaces located in the lounge and dining areas, beautiful landscape and natural wilderness wonders of Australia

The Cradle Mountain Hotel is a bit further from the park gate than the various cabin alternatives. It is distinguished by being a modern hotel, with hotel-style rooms and bright, clean common areas. It is probably the best-finished of the options next to the park, but it comes with some warnings. . . As the furthest from the gate, it...

We didn't stay the motel but we had a look at the wilderness gallery and it was absolutely fantastic. A fantastic variety of art in all the rooms and a really great interactive room for kids which they loved. The climbing tree at the entrance of the gallery is really spectacular. I would highly recommend popping in.

This hotel in set nicely into its surroundings keeping sympathetically with its environment. Nice entrance with useful information to hand. The staff on reception were very helpful with information required. We did not use the restaurant/bar facilities so cannot comment on these. The rooms were nice. We were on the front of the building with a small balcony where we...

A very comfy room with wonderful views over the trees. We even saw a paddymelon carrying a joey outside our room. I had only been able to book different rooms on consecutive nights but was pleased that this was able to be changed. Meals were overpriced and only adequate. Breakfast could have been so much better if fresh strawberries etc...

We stayed here after staying at the wilderness cabins down the road. The hotel is really nice and the rooms are nice too. We stayed in the 2 level king room (was the only one available) for $370 a night. Not cheap, so we were expecting a modern, high-end stay. The room, whilst comfy and clean, was certainly dated and...

Great spot for some hiking and wonderful scenery. Hotel was packed so room situation was no choice. Could hear the people next door (kids!) and the maids in the morning are right outside at 8am getting ready to clean. It wasn't very relaxing. There is something wrong with the booking system when they put singles next to units with families....

We arrived at Cradle Mountain Hotel with a confirmed reservaion made through TripAdvisor which had never been forwarded to the hotel. The hotel was fully booked. The manager was extremely nice and found us a place to stay next door at Wilderness Village which was perfect for our needs and style. The Cradle Mountain Hotel manager bought us a nice...

A great location but for the price the room was a bit dated, bathroom was basic and in need of refurbishment. There was constant noise during the night, l thought that maybe it was staff coming and going through the nearby exit door. The restaurant and food were fine but above average expensive with few cheaper options. Desk staff not...
