The location is the advantage, as the inn is located adjacent to the historic site. You can walk to the site via a gate (your room key works), so that's great. Head to the visitor centre, or bring your pass. Other than the location, this is just a motel, nothing fancy. Rooms are clean but no frills. Washrooms a little...

The room was very small but it was offset by the fact that it sits right next to the historic prison grounds, so you can walk to them. No internet service, though they said there was. There is a restaurant in the place, and the service was good, though the rib-eye steak was more like a roast. The lamb korma...

In need of good revamp! Service was average at best - not at all welcoming. I sometimes wonder if staff really want these jobs? Room average. Such a great spot (direct walking entry to Port Arthur) they could do so much more!

For a booking of 23 rooms, they were most helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location to the penal colony of Port Arthur is great, a short walk down the hill and you are there. The rooms were good, maybe a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

A typical, basic motel in need of refurbishment, it provided needed accommodation for our visit to the Port Arthur historic site. Conveniently, it is possible to buy admission to the site and gain access via a gate right by the motel, thus avoiding having to drive and park at the main site entrance. Rooms provide for basic needs, including some...

The location of the motel next door to the historical site is really about the only positive thing I can find to say about this place- other than it has convenient parking which is the least one would expect from a Motor Inn. It has dismal accommodation that is shabby and well beyond its sell-by date. The breakfast was presented...

This motel is located overlooking the historical site, is very basic in its offering, no internet. Food was good but the bar service was poor. The motel is due to be redeveloped and is showing signs of lack of maintenance.

Set right on the edge of the historic Port Arthur site, it has its own private gate which your room key allows you to access the site through. You can buy tickets to the site from reception which allows you to avoid the crowds at the main gate. We stayed in a Spa Suite and the room was great, good...

Situated next door to historical site with a key to access the site which allows you to walk to the entry point rather than driving. It also gives you access when the crowds have left. The rooms with a verandah give you a great outlook over the site. Staff were friendly. If you intend to eat there book in to...
