I want to have this building! As soon as I walked in, I felt at home. We had the spa room and it was perfect. They offer 4 rooms and have great deals. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of information about Smithton and surrounding areas. Free wifi and a complimentary breakfast on the first night. Full recommendation.

Clean rooms with ensuite and TV. Basic breakfast provided. Oldy worldy feel but warm despite being an old house. Good being able to do our own cooking in the communal kitchen. Free WiFi a bonus Close to shops

From exterior the place looks clean and quiet. They have a small carpark behind for 5-6 cars. Its interior are kept to it's building concepts. Good for big family cos it has like 3-4 rooms only and have a central kitchen which provide most of the cooking utensils. Our room open another door( which can be lock from our side) linking...

we stayed in this property a few years ago and the hospitality was tremendous- great cooked breakfast, extremely friendly hosts and a great room. Oh how things have changed-the property is on the market, the hosts have moved interstate, there is no cooked breakfast --just some titbits on the coffee table in the room. Also be careful which room you...

This is a lovely old house. The owners do not live here but are easily accessed. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and central to town. We stayed in the suite (very well priced at $145) which is well equipped and comfortable, with spa bath and separate lounge room. There are large TVs in both the bedroom and the lounge room....

Booked well in advance and received email from owner with details of location, amenities and key retrieval. The room was tight but okay for an overnight stay. There was free use of a fully furnished kitchen for those wishing to cook their evening meal. The included continental breakfast was basic but okay and we appreciated the gluten free bread being...

Place was very clean and cozy. Bathroom is fairly new. Laundry is free which was very nice. Can cook your own meals in the shared kitchen. In center of town. So convenient to nice restaurant at the bridegroom hotel and grocery and liquor stores. All within walking distances

Firstly we were greeted by a disembodied voice and never actually met the person running the show! This is a lovely old building, and we had booked twin beds. We had what would have been the sleep out in 'olden days' While one room had a good bed, the other two were really closer to temporary beds with metal frames....

Lovely older home with 3 bedrooms. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast served either in your room or you can go to the kitchen and be served by Dave, the owner. Breakfast is included in the price. Rooms have their own ensuite, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. Good value for money.

Last minute booking whilst travelling from Launceston to Strahan. We were welcomed by David , the owner, with a huge smile and friendly conversation. The room was well furnished with complimentary bottled water, free wifi and period decor. The rate of $120 included fully cooked breakfast for two, a very generous breakfast. I would highly recommend this B & B...
