These villas were out-dated, reasonably clean and tidy with a good shower and comfortable bed. They provided all the necessities - full kitchen, kettle, toaster, microwave, air conditioner etc. We stayed two days. No room service as such. Just changed the towels. The location was beautiful. This property is the last on the Esplanade looking straight across Macquarie harbour to Strahan... More

Tidy, spacious villa with the basics and a kitchen. Lots of room for a couple such as ourselves to spread out our luggage with the extra room of bunk beds. Great location, across the road from the Scenic Wilderness Railway Station. Overlooking Strahan and the harbour. Dinner and drinks on site at the tavern and bottle shop made this stay... More

Stayed here before and after doing West Coast Wilderness train trip. Its right opposite Strahan station literally just a walk across the road. Staff very helpful and friendly. Villas self contained with all your need for a great stay and the Tavern is next door for great food if you dont feel like cooking. Beautiful view across Macquarie Harbour.

Four of us stayed in the Regatta Point Holiday Home, a three-bedroom house just up above the Regatta Inn Tavern. Great location, spacious house with well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, three huge bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. The outdoor deck was delightful and from most of the windows the views are of greenery which was lovely. We ate at the Tavern... More

We had booked a unit at Regatta Point but due to the fridge not working we were moved to a nicer villa which we really appreciated. The view over the bay was wonderful for watching sunsets and so close to the hotel for a great meal and to just walk over the road to the railway station for our wonderful... More

We stayed 2 nights at this place which has basic kitchenette facilities. The cabin has a spare double decker beds which will be good for family travelling with kids. It's located at the end of the road so it's nice and quiet. The wifi connection is only available at the tavern and restaurant and not the cabin. Simple and clean,... More

This is not located at the town center of Strahan. But it takes about 3 minutes by car. The location is close to the sea and train station. The cabin is basic, old decor, outdated and the kitchen utensils was not clean to cook.

Stayed in Strahan for 2 nights. Had to ring the number on our booking as couldn't find any signs or info for where reception was located. Discovered that this was within the Tavern, which is separate from the Villas. Bed was very comfy, good size fridge with plenty of cooking utensils. Only real issue with the room was a few... More

The Regatta point tavern and units are nothing much to wright about the room was clean well equipped, but just a unit , the tavern was popular when we ate there, my advice would be stay away from the seafood, our thinking was eating overlooking the water the seafood would be great , wrong! It was frozen and not that... More

Good value for money. Basic but comfortable units with good room. Reasonably close to town centre and wharf precinct. Hotel restaurant on site. Rooms are individual, standalone units. You get what you pay for so no complaints apart from wifi coverage which is very poor in units.
