The cabin was quite hilarious. Yes it had all the features that it was supposed to, but it was old and typical of an old school caravan park. Really felt like we were camping. It was an experience! The staff were friendly and a little park and quiet bay were close by. We saw everything in Strahan in one afternoon...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom chalet which was very clean and met our needs for myself and my husband and our 5 year old son for 2 nights. It's nothing luxurious but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was very small but apart from that there was everything else was fine. It was quiet to...

Would not recommend this park, we were put in unit 25 which was very old and smelled awful. Most of the park was empty so i do not understand why we were put in this horrible unit which was connected to the laundry, felt like we were in the park's old toilet block converted very badly into a unit, there...

As always, sparkling clean, fresh and attractive cabin and trailer park in downtown Strahan. We rented a well laid out one bedroom ensuite cabin. Great shower and bathroom - spacious, well equipped, great pressure. Wifi is complimentary, good strng signal and a reasonable daily limit of 300 mb per device that I didn't use up. A Platypus stream ran behind...

Well this is a far cry from our "little red shack" at Hobart. Should we go in? the cabin looks so new, even smells new. First things first. The welcome when signing in was an indication to what awaited us. "Your cabin overlooks the platypus stream." we were told. Bad luck, nary a platypus to be seen. Maybe they were...

Stayed here for 2 nights in a cabin which was clean & had a good heater & electric blanket & good kitchen facilities. Bathroom could really do with a makeover. Each cabin has a small area of grass & a little verandah & there is a stream & bush within the park: park generally very well presented. Reception staff were...

We had a comfortable, well appointed cabin. The Retreat staff was very helpful. There was an IGA store a short drive away - good fresh salad veggies and cooked chicken which we ate for dinner over the three days we stayed there. Through the the office we booked a day trip on the World Heritage boat to Sarah Island. Fantastic...

We stayed here for two nights in cabin 63, Monday and Tuesday nights, 17th and 18th October, it was quiet, clean and had all we needed, value for money. The foam mattresses have seen better days. it is handy to all facilities.

This cabin was OK. It took some time for it to warm up but it was clean & comfortable. It is only a couple of minutes form the village centre but the is a take away / convenience store right next door (with very good take away food).

Nice place for a large family of 8, given a large 3 bedroom house fully stocked kitchen and two bathrooms very nice. The staff were lovely and accommodating would happily come back. It was also newly renovated and well maintained. I would recommend in particular for families.
