We stopped to have lunch, and enjoyed our meal in the patio facing the beautiful bay! Our hamburger and salad were delicious, and the waiter/owner was very amicable! He suggested that we drive to the Milton Winery that was only a 10 minute drive, and we followed his suggestion! Luckily, we found this nice cafe on our journey!

The room was rather small for the price paid. There was mould in the shower, outside toilet bowl was rather mucky. You could hear every squeak of the floor from every step and feel every spring in the bed. We did not know that you had to put the "please makeup room " sign out to have our room made...

Booked for two nights left after first night, dirty, rotten smelling room, smelt like something dead in room, bed felt like it was collapsing, and don't look in the pillow cases omg, this place should be condemned, I have never had to leave a bad review before but this place is a real dump,a disgrace to Tasmania

We stayed in one of the Villas, which was dated and not worth what we were being charged. Overall, the villa was clean, however, attention needs to be given to the bathroom. The shower needed a very good clean, and the hand sink was very slow in draining the water away. It was good to have a washing machine and...

Smelly old run down. Up a dingy stair way to the worst room l have ever seen. Not one thing good to say. Left there rather than sleep in this hole. Forget about this dump. Hope the town house accommodation out back was better for ppl staying there. Don't stay its awful

We arrived in Swansea to early and wanted to move on. I went to the hotel to let them know we would not be staying the night and was insulted several times by both 'owners' or staff. They obviously don't care about having customers or customer service. We ended up stoping at bicheno and would recommend Bicheno over Swansea.

The location of this motel is great. The rooms are very tiny but If you get a room with a balcony the view is beautiful. The business is up for sale and I think the owners have left the building. They appear disinterested in the motel. The restaurant was fully set up but during the two days we were there...

Ok this is a cheap motel or so they tell me but really the rooms are so small no room for a chair. The rooms are clean but sparse in amenities. The bathrooms are small and just about meet a need for a single person but for a couple it is a little cramped. Look around there are better for...

Basic accommodation, clean and neat, overlooking the water. Stayed in an upstairs hotel room, not an apartment. It had basic facilities including a microwave. Not very soundproof though. Could hear lots of movement in the hallway and below. Suitable for an overnight stop.
