We enjoyed an evening here on our way to the Renaissance Festival and King's Island Freight Night! The main house, where they serve breakfast was very pretty and full of history. The food was motel quality.. i.e. edible. The rooms themselves were small but clean. If you just really plan to find a place to lay your head, this is...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kirkwood Inn a family owned bed and breakfast/motel. This delightful property is anchored by a historic 200 year old home where the daily breakfast buffet is served. The house was elegantly decorated for the holidays. The bountiful buffet included a pastry table, hot bar including eggs, oatmeal, bacon and cooked to...

My wife and I got away for a night and stayed at the Kirkwood Inn. We had never stayed here before. Upon arrival, it was not what I expected from the outside. It is a rennovated two story motor lodge type building, next to a historic house. However, upon entering our room, I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms have...

Wow, what a beautiful, pleasant surprise! I booked this room because the inn was the closest I could get to Lebanon and Waynesville where the antique and gift shops are. The room was very nice; quiet, comfortable, and super clean. Breakfast in the beautifully decorated original inn, behind the hotel area parking, was plentiful, and well prepared. It was like...

Don't let the exterior fool you. Lovely, clean rooms. Great hospitality. Breakfast at the farmhouse was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful. Don't miss the outdoor fireplace. Romantic snuggle place. Comfortable beds, nice linens and peaceful surroundings. You can't go wrong with a stay here. Very nice restaurant across the street with enormous salad bar. The Kirkwood Inn surpassed all our...

I stayed at the Kirkwood Inn while on a business trip. It is a lovely little hotel with lots of charm. The rooms are cozy, clean, and well-appointed. It was a very quiet and peaceful stay and the staff are very guest-oriented. A full breakfast is served in the farm house nearby by a delightful and caring staff member named...

The Kirkwood Inn is a clean, comfortable inn. It has a very nice pool area that really hit the spot after a hot day at the nearby amusement park. The best part without a doubt is the breakfast. It is served in the historic Kirkwood farmhouse on the inn's property. There's a wide variety of fresh fruits and pastries. Just...

What an incredible find. I am so glad the 'chain' hotels were sold out and overpriced. Truly a gem. What great people and the property is beautiful. Take time to relax in the courtyard or walk through the beautiful gardens

I just recently returned to the Cincinnati area for work and decided to stay at the Kirkwood Inn this fall, as I had such a lovely experience staying here last spring. I truly felt like going to visit friends as I pulled in, was greeted and remembered at the desk, and got settled into my comfortable room. My room was...
