I have been at woodspring suits since July and I will be here until January or longer . However when I first started staying here the staff was rude and poor management. I didn't like it here. Now Jason and his new staff are doing amazing things with this hotel. He is very friendly and very helpful his front desk staff and house keeping are amazing they work very hard to make the hotel look amazing and clean. They also greet you with a smile and a hot cup of coffee in the mornings which always makes my day start of great. I would highly recommend to stay at this location if you need an extended stay. The rooms are clean with a nice kitchenette. This is my home.

First it took me 15 min to find the hotel...the address in Google is incorrect. I checked in around 1 am after driving over 8hrs and had to wait almost 1 hr to get a room off a prepaid reservation. Two days later, I come to my room from work only to find my room completely empty and all my clothes and items missing. I immediately go to the front desk who tell me that I had never checked into the hotel. I show the girl my confirmation number and reservation information and am totally taken back by the fact that I have a room and my key still worked. I was told that there was no reservation and was handed part of my personal belongings in trash bags without my luggage. I was told that the manager would look into it and let me know what they will do. Later, I was contacted by the manager who was apologetic and sorry and she gave me the first 2 nights for which I wasn't checked in for free...I didn't care since this was paid for by my employer and didn't do anything for me. I was then asked if there was anything missing, I explained that there were electronic devices missing and food items and personal hygiene items. The Manager told me she would purchase the items for me and she returned with the food items and soap that I requested. I was also told that the electronics items were not taken which was a lie. I also realized later that a semi expensive bottle of Rum that I had purchased for a friend at work was missing. The hotel is sketchy and there are a lot of unusual activity happening at all hours. It is not immaculate but not necessarily filthy. I urge anyone that reads this and is thinking about staying here ...."PLEASE DON'T",save yourself time and frustration.

It is a hard to find hotel . The GPS took me to the wrong hotel. So when I finally found the hotel, the girl at the front desk did not inform me where the elevator was, Did not tell me anything about breakfast(which they don't have), They don't take choice reward program. The elevator had a bad odd coming from it. The fire door by the elevator had two trash can holding it open. The carpet in the hallway had stains all the way down the hall. I work third shift so I sleep during the day. So the hotel doesn't have curtains to block out the sun light. The bed are on like a cot . The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool. You only get two towels

The front office staff are unhelpful. Upon arrival at 2:30 pm I was told that check in is at 4:00 pm even though the sign on the wall says it’s 3:00 pm. I was forced to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half. While the room comes with a huge refrigerator and a cooktop, there are no utensils, pots, pans, plates or glasses to use… you have to bring all of your own stuff… or buy things at the front counter. The carpets in the hallway are unsightly and highly soiled. The place has the feel of a halfway house.

We had never stayed in a WoodSpring hotel previously; however, we often stay in Choice Hotels so we thought we would give it a try for one night during our travels. This hotel is by far and away the worst hotel for the money I have ever stayed at. Imagine a Motel 6 with less amenities for double the price. Want coffee in your room in the morning, you have to buy a coffee maker at the front desk for $19.99 and go find a grocery store to buy coffee and extras. There is a small kitchenette, but of course, no plates, utensils, glasses, etc. You do get 2 bath towels, but no hand towels and one wash cloth. You do not need a wake-up call, there are the cheapest white plastic venetian blinds on the window so as soon as the sun rises your room is so bright you will wake up whether you want to or not. Perhaps you would like a place to sit and play cards or a game at night, you guessed it, no such table or chairs are available. Take a dip in the pool- nope, no pool. And you get all of this for just a whisker under $100/night. I would expect far more from a Choice Hotel, guess they never bother to take a look at this particular WoodSpring.
