My friend and I stayed for two nights and slept very well. It is a great old house with beautiful woodwork. For breakfast, we took the short stroll across the street and after our fill of good food, and great conversation, we continued on our day.

Stayed at the Primrose B&B. Related to, and across the street from the Hyde House. It’s a beautiful, *olde* Victorian style down to the slate roof (which has probably lasted over 100 years). I stayed in the Primrose Lane room which I’m attaching pictures of. It used to be the master bedroom for the Doctor who originally had the house...

We truly enjoyed our 2 nights at the Primrose B&B. We had the upstairs master suite--a lovely large welcoming room with a comfortable king bed and a large bath. In the winter there is a stove in the fireplace, but we were there in the summer and so were cooled by a window AC unit. The house is lovely and...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Primrose B & B for a long weekend getaway. My room was comfortable with a private bath. Breakfast is served across the street at Hyde House and was fresh and delicious. The back garden has undergone a renovation, lovely garden with plenty of off street parking. If you enjoy and appreciate staying in historic...

You go across the street to the Hyde house for breakfast. Sue was quite pleasant and she made tasty and healthy breakfast's. The Pimrose is a work in progress. It is in the process of restoration so don't expect perfection. The price reflects that and is reasonable for what it is. The neighborhood is mixed but very convenient to downtown...

This sister B&B to Hyde House is directly across the street. It is a lovely old, historical Victorian home. It has the potential of being an interesting and fun place to stay but currently has several issues. It still needs lots of work and smells quite musty... not good for allergies.Unfortunately while we were there, our friends had a mouse...

Primrose B&B is a 133-year-old Victorian with beautiful woodwork and an interesting history. its builder Dr. Isaac P. Primrose also built our Hyde House across the street as well as a number of other houses around the area. After standing empty for several years, this house and its walled garden are still undergoing restoration which will include off-street parking. We...

My husband and I decided to go away for a few days, at the last minute. Wanted a B&B opposed to a hotel. Found Hyde House and fortunately there was an opening...we went mid-week. Our stay was delightful as was the owner, Sue. The inn was clean. Our room was breathtaking and breakfast was delicious and informative!! Sue ate with...

This was a great bed and breakfast! Sue, the owner, cooks an amazing breakfast every morning accompanied with coffee, juice, and fresh fruit; the rooms were clean and private, all with their own bathrooms; all the amenities of a hotel; free Wi-Fi; reading room stocked with books and games; beautiful porch with a view into downtown. 10/10 this was a...

I stayed at The Hyde House B&B with a couple of friends for a weekend retreat and I am so glad we chose to stay at HH instead of a hotel/motel chain. I've only stayed in a B&B one other time. That was a good experience and this most recent B&B experience further confirmed my suspicion that B&B's are one...

We stayed two nights in the Primrose Bed & Breakfast which is across the street from Hyde House and is also operated by Sue. Breakfast for both houses is served at Hyde House each morning. Both our breakfasts were delicious and included a breakfast casserole, mixed fresh fruit and a muffin with juice and coffee. Sue is a friendly and...
