Friendly staff, really nice toiletries, and very comfortable rooms. Located at the main crossroads in Oberlin, so it is literally across the street from the campus. The restaurant serves locavore dishes, and does a good job at that!

There is still construction going on although demolition of the adjacent building seems to be complete and sidewalks leading up to the entrances have been installed -- it's easier to find your way into The Hotel. I would definitely ask the staff about the time construction starts in the morning AND ask for a room on the "quiet" (street) side of the building.
