Spending 3 nights at Maplevale Maplevale B & B exceeded my expectations in every way! I was in Oxford attending National Synchronized swim championships that my daughter was participating in and after looking at all the hotels in the area, deciding on Maplevale was not only a great decision, but the thing that made my trip special and so fantastic!...

When I drove two hours through cornfields of Indiana to get to the beautiful campus of Miami University and charming town of Oxford, Ohio, I was in awe. This is America's heartland! Just a few minutes on the outskirts I was even more impressed to find Maplevale Farm B & B and its welcoming hosts, John and Malinda. Full of...

We've stayed here twice and have enjoyed each stay. The home is filled with interesting history, rooms and beds are comfortable, and breakfast is delicious! But the best part are the hosts, Linda and John are two great "innkeepers", kind and generous. We highly recommend a relaxing stay at Maplevale Farm!

We really enjoyed our stay at Maplevale. The bedroom and bath were huge and as beautifully furnished as the common areas. The bed and bedding were totally comfortable, and both of us enjoyed a great night's sleep, which is not always the case when we are away from home. Our breakfast was terrific--omelets cooked to order and the freshest fruit--what...

The hosts of this historic and impeccably maintained bed and breakfast have a true gift for running a Country Inn. From start to finish, their hospitality endeared us to them. We did not want to leave. They make you feel right at home and give you the perfect amount of space to do just that. Don't even think of skipping...

Maplevale Farm is just delightful. Wonderful hosts, incredible breakfast and so convenient to visit the college. I will definitely stay here again.

We arrived from a lengthy drive and were treated with warm and generous hospitality from the hosts John and Malinda. Our room was clean and nicely appointed with traditional B&B charm. The sat tv and free wifi were unexpectedly nice perks. We really enjoyed the front porch swing, the almost park-like back yard and the large living room with fireplace....

This B & B is a beautifully restored, very old historic home, close the campus. It is more expensive than the other inns in town. The room was very clean and the bathroom spotless and large. I was saving my appetite for the breakfast and was let down. One egg, a piece of watermelon, and a small scone was all...

My wife and I spent a night on the farm for our anniversary and had a great time with great people, the owners. In a short time, we developed a life-long relationship with the owners. We still maintain contact with the owners and plan on spending our anniversary there this year. As far as the amenities are concerned we were...

We received such a warm wecome by the owners, Malinda and John, who gave us a tour of their lovely bed and breakfast as well as the grounds. We were quite fascinated with the history of the farm and being reared on a farm, we were delighted to see what all they had done with it. Malinda and I had...

“The Wallace Room is lovely and sunny; as a corner room it receives light from the east and the south. Although it faces State Route 73 i was never bothered by traffic sounds. Do note that this room has the smallest bed in the house- a double. We two plus-sized adults were comfortable, but very large individuals might prefer one of the rooms with a larger bed.”
