Stayed in the cottages over the 4th of July and it was a beautiful weekend. The morning and sunset views over the lake were Outstanding. We could see fireworks from lots of places. The grounds are soft and attractive. The Hosts were super friendly and more then helpful with information about everything to do and go. very quiet. Having stayed...

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cottage was nice and clean with a great view of the sunsets from inside the screened in porch. The TV in our cottage was a flat screen with good channel choices for the whole family including kids. In the front rooms and outside we could pick up the wifi signal with no...

Great place to stay. We stayed over Memorial Day. Nice scenery and very clean cottage. Great location. Beds were very comfortable. The screened in porch was great. There was a firepit and wood for our enjoyment.

We spent a long weekend at Rock Ledge Inn this month. The location is convenient, close to downtown Port Clinton, Marblehead and Sandusky. The cottage was tidy and had everything we needed (except napkins/paper towels, which maybe we were to bring). The quarters were somewhat tight for me, my husband, his parents and our toddler, but we didn't spend much...

This cabin was so small and only had one tiny air conditioner for the whole place! Had to open windows at night in bedrooms for air. Luckily it was cool enough outside to do so. Paid almost 500 for 2 nights! The website shows you can see the lake from your cabin but doesnt say you had to cross a...

We stayed for a long weekend with extended family who rented other cabins here. It was superb. The owners were awesome, down to earth people and the scenery was fabulous...especially the sunsets! I just booked my reservation for this upcoming July as did my cousins. We are all looking forward to staying at Scenic Rock Ledge again. It's now our...

We stayed here with three of our children. We had a lot if exploring to do, so we just needed a place to crash and freshen up. The cottages themselves are small, if you have small children and you don't have a lot planned outside the cottage, they might get restless. However, they were neat, clean, and well stocked with...

We booked this at the very last minute, and the owners were quite accomodating as they had plans for the afternoon of our arrival. The cottages were well appointed but not posh (it IS a cottage, afterall, not the Ritz Carlton), the view is phenomenal. From cabin 3, every room had a view of the lake. We didn't get a...

The water was perfect, clean and algae free. The bottom was sandy all the way out. And best of all you could go WAY OUT before it was over your head!! It is obvious the cottages have all been recently renovated with new furniture, beds and flat screen. The location was great. You DO have to cross the street to...

We had cottage #4 and loved it. I have stayed with children in a motel/hotel before and found this much more preferable. We were out and about a lot so the kids really didn't need a playground as such. Swimming the lake was so nice although caution must be used on the steps down. I would caution parents who come...
