I came into town for one night on business and found the Rocking Horse Inn. The owner Bob had sent a lovely email and was there to greet us when we arrived with stories about the house. The breakfast spread was amazing, the room was fantastic, and he shoveled the stairs after it snowed. A pleasant stay, I would definitely...

The Rocking Horse Inn is definitely a beautiful, friendly, picturesque place to stay as a jumping-off point for activities within the region. The decor is prefect, my room was amazing: comfortable, photogenic, cosy. It had it's own balcony which I didn't use as it was a bit late in the year. The amenities were great, I didn't even realize it...

Was only able to stay one night but would like to return for a few more. Welcoming and friendly home away from home. Several details in the home make a difference. Is comfortable and clean. I very much recommend.

We loved our stay at the Rocking Horse Inn! Bob, the innkeeper, has thought of every little detail and we felt right at home. The gorgeous plantings and front porch made me think I was in Key West. We loved the hot tub, there were tons of yummy self-serve options for breakfast and yes, the towels and robes are to...

The Inn was quaint with lots of Victorian knickknacks and furniture. The rooms were nice and they have snacks in the kitchen for you. Downtown Ravenna is only a couple blocks away. Breakfast is continental, pretty much like what you get in any motel or hotel which offers breakfast. It was not anything to look forward to.Our big disappointment was not...

I stayed at the Rocking Horse Inn for several nights while visiting friends in the area. A great deal of care has been taken with the decor to make it look authentic to the age of the house. Everywhere you look there are interesting pictures, statues and ornaments that give this B&B a quirky feel. All the rooms are slightly...

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Bob's sister who made us feel right at home. It was like staying at grandma's house. The entire house and our room was exceptionally tidy and clean. They were attentive to our every need. We will be staying again and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a B&B in the...

Love this place. Warm and inviting. Attractive. Well thought out. Bob was a perfect host offering snacks and beverages often. Sheets crisp and clean. Great shower and claw foot tub. We will stay here again.

Arrived on a weeknight in pouring rain -- at 8:45 pm. Not that late really, but it was dark and few lights were on. I figured out where to park (not easy), where the front door was (after navigating a dark porch), and found the door locked and the "lobby" dark. A note on the door, from Bob, instructed me...
