This was our first B & B experience, and we felt Katie and George made us feel quite comfortable and right at home. We arrived late and were greeted pleasantly and offered glasses of wine. Were were uncomfortable at first, because we had never been in a setting like this, having wine in someones home and sitting around making conversation... More

We arrived at the Inn yesterday afternoon and were greeted by George who made us feel right at home with wine, snacks and conversation next to the fireplace in the kitchen. Our room was upstairs in the Anna Hale Garret, a charming suite with a bathroom, sitting room and bedroom. Breakfast was delicious! After breakfast we took a short walk... More

We stayed with George and Katie August 15 & 16 with our good friends. We enjoyed the experience. At our arrival, we were warmly greeted by George and a nice glass of wine, followed by a tour of the house. The house is not lavish but comfortable, clean and what you would expect from a 1840's farm house. George and... More

We spent two nights at this charming bed & breakfast. We have family in Akron and also love the national parks for their scenic beauty, so this was the perfect location for us. We had the James Wallace Parlour, which is located downstairs off of the living room. It had windows on three sides looking out over the entire front... More

We felt like family from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. George and Katie are warm, caring people who have thought out everything guests could want before guests even know they want it. They have painstakingly restored this 1840's farmhouse with period antiques, modern necessities, and family pictures to make sure guests feel like they belong. Walking... More

We loved our stay at the Inn. George and Katie are excellent hosts. The rooms are all fantastic, each with a unique story. George is a humorist. They have done a great job here over the past 25 years. The Inn is right next to the Brandywine Falls, great little hike. Breakfast was superb, very fancy. We enjoyed our stay... More

Our visit to this charmingly restored and updated 1848 farmhouse was an enjoyable, very relaxing getaway. When my husband hears the words "historic B&B" he cringes, imagining dim, inconvenient rooms and dusty Victorian furbelows. I'm happy to report that he was pleasantly surprised -- and I was delighted. We enjoyed a large, bright room decorated with comfortable furniture accented with... More

George and Katie Hoy provide all the makings for a delightful B&B experience. Their attention to detail throughout the rooms, plus the delicious homemade breakfasts create an atmosphere of relaxed hospitality. Having Cuyahoga National Park right outside the door is perfect. http://thepurpledotter.wordpress.com/2013/05/29/the-inn-at-brandywine-falls/

This is a very unique place to visit and the propriortors second to none. I highly recommend this place if you want and are ready to relax. Come assured that these owners know exactly what they are doing and are very organized. To be honest it took me off guard how much I could "let go" and trust. I personally... More

We were so happy to have chosen this inn. It's right on the lovely bike trail thorough the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and just a few steps away from the Brandywine Falls. We stayed in the Loft, which originally was a barn/chicken coop. Absolutely delightful !!! Only one night there but could have stayed longer. Fresh fruit, bath amenities, etc.----everything... More
