There was a bandaid and a weave floating in the pool. There were no towels for about an hour after we got to the pool and then it was like a stampede when they came out. It smelled odd everywhere we went.

Arrived on 2/10/18 with reservations and all 4 slides out of service - no notification after a 4 hour drive! Staff was pleasant but that did not help the situation. The slides had been out of service for 3 weeks.
I traveled from Canada with my family to this resort. The room was nice and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. We had a lot of fun in the waterpark (Great for kids)!
The hotel is a bit run down. I suggest going elsewhere for food....More
