Nice clean rooms, good location, easy to find, was happy to decide on Castaway Bay, definitely worth the money compared to other places. I plan on visiting again in the near future. Arcade was fun but a little pricey especially with 3 kids.

Wanted to take our three kids ages 3,4,9 somewhere for the weekend. It was well worth the money. Didn't want to spend $500+ at a bigger resort. The pool area was very nice. They kept the area nice and warm including the water. The lifeguards are very trained and do a good job at watching the little ones. A few...

I took my four year old on a birthday trip to this disgusting hotel. We felt dirty just being there, the rooms smelled and the carpet looked like it hadn't been changed in over a decade. When we came home I started seeing spots on my son, after a couple days the spots increased drastically and he started itching. We...

Clean and close to Cedar Point and the water park was fun and clean. The rooms were nice and very clean. The staff was friendly and nice. My daughter loves to swim so she had a great time. Me and her father did to.

Spring 2017. GREAT TIME for a very reasonable price! Took three 10year olds and my 75yo mother and everyone had fun. The hotel room had a tropical theme. Very clean and had nice amenities (fridge, microwave, outside porch, TV, new-ish bathroom). Customer service was excellent! Several in-house restaurants that cater to different budgets. It was WELL WORTH every penny I...

We had a great time, I love to the open layout of the toddler area and also the wave pool. The rooms are outdated or I would've given a 5-star, but to be expected for the price. Food was good for breakfast, very fresh but a little pricey. Was very convenient having Quaker Steak attached, pricing was only a dollar...

Good place for younger kids (under 7 or so), not so much for the middle school and older types. Geared towards younger families with most 6/7 year olds able to ride everything (46" height). Waterpark a good size....lines are minimal just about everywhere including the water coaster. We were there during spring break and it never felt crowded. The bedrooms...

Room was clean, smelled nice, linens were clean and soft. When it came to the waterpark, our 1 year old son was considered a "hand-held infant" and was not permitted in/on most of the attractions. The water was cold. The hallways and cold. The hallways were cluttered with piles of dirty linens upon arrival. The fold out chair bed had...

It's a good value for the reasonable cost of admission. 1/3 price vs overnight trip to other big indoor parks. It's not a big place, it's ideal for 12 and under kids. One big fun waterslide, so the wait can be long. One of the two smaller slides was open. Big slide that goes outside was a rough ride for...
