I highly recommend this Hampton since the service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it is obviously well cared for. They take pride in the service they provide and were so helpful and friendly to our meeting group, and we really appreciated the excellent service we received. I will definitely use this hotel again for any business meetings or to stay at while in town next time. A real winner here!!!

The customer service is amazing at this location. The rooms are clean and everything is well maintained but the attention to customer needs is beyond anything I expected. We had an overnight snow storm while I was staying and they took the time to remove the snow from every single car in the morning so that we, the guests, did not have to try remove 4 inches of snow in the cold off our cars. I will stay here everytime I come to the area for business! Highly recommend!

A friendly staff and an impressive complimentary breakfast made our stay here relaxing and fun. We enjoyed our two-night stay at this suburban Cleveland Hampton thanks to a great breakfast that included tropical mango and wildberry-pomegranate smoothies made with Greek yogurt! On Christmas morning a small stocking filled with treats hung on our door handle. Plus a big 50 inch Samsung TV! We’ll be back.

Don’t be put off by the commercial/light industrial setting surrounding this hotel. It has no impact on what you’ll likely find to be an enjoyable stay. Our room was spotless, roomy, quiet and full of outlets for chargers and other electronic doodads. Sufficient lighting for reading a book late at night could be improved but then that seems to be the situation in most chain hotels today.

Front-desk service is friendly, welcoming and accommodating – the best we experienced in months. We got a first-floor room as requested, and my wife was able to reserve an hour to herself in late afternoon in the clean and inviting indoor saltwater pool. The breakfast was certainly sufficient, though not particularly memorable, with a range of options, from oatmeal to sausage and eggs to pastries, fruit and assorted yogurts.

And the location? Minutes from a range of shopping, restaurants and major highways. If you find yourself spending a night or two on Cleveland’s far east side, consider this place.

There was really bad housekeeping service there was hair and stains in the shower tub from previous guest as well as hair on the pillows from previous guest hair was black and mine is blonde.Also the nightstand had dust and the fridge was stained. Overall very dissapointed with the cleanliness of the room especially during a pandemic although I was understanding because of understaffing it’s was very hard for me and my partner to spend the night there so we ended up leaving.

The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful the first 3 nights that we were there. Not sure if he was there the last 2 nights. We needed extra trash bags the 2nd night and he happily provided. We requested a room refresh the third night for the following day and he happily provided and even gave us extra towels. Our last full day, the day before we checked out, we left to do some sightseeing. We had thought we left the do not disturb sign on the door. It must have fallen off because when we returned later that afternoon, we found our room had been refreshed without a request to do so. It was fine, just not expected.Our door sign did keep falling off, so it may need to be replaced.

The lady at breakfast our first morning was extremely helpful when we were unaware that there were 2 areas for food for the breakfast buffet.

The only complaints I have are the lack of gas stations and fast food type restaurants nearby as in within walking distance. Additionally, our last night, around 8:45 PM, when we were trying to get to sleep, it sounded as if housekeeping was doing some vacuuming. Not very nice considering we were trying to get sleep before a 5 hour trip back home.

The rest of our stay was great.

I had booked a room through Booking.com (don't do that) and it had not been received by the hotel. Armanti, at the front desk, could not have been nicer and more accommodating. He made sure that I received a room at a very reasonable rate and it was just what I needed. I appreciated his patience and kindness throughout the process. I will stay here again if I am in the area.

We stayed here as a bridal group and all felt the rooms, checkin and breakfast was perfect. There was 15 rooms in total and part of the package was discounted room pricing and a shuttle to the venue. Great job Hilton quality! We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, professional and welcoming staff. Clean rooms. Big TV’s. They offer complementary breakfast. You get 10% off your meals at a Mexican restaurant and at Longhorn Steakhouse. Pool hours follow covid guidelines and you have to request a time slot. You’re given complementary water bottles and a cookie upon arrival/check in. I was very pleased with this hotel.

We selected this hotel based on the reviews of the cleanliness and customer service and we were not disappointed. The hotel was clean and the staff VERY friendly and helpful. Anastasia at the front desk was a delight. Extremely welcoming and helpful. All of the staff were friendly and very generous in making our 38 anniversary very special. We enjoyed a day of shopping, exploring and Dinner at M Italian in Chagrin Falls and came back to a wonderful hotel. I highly recommended this Hampton Inn. It is in a business park but is near restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Do the rooms have bathtubs or showers only?
Hi Victoria P. Our rooms with one King Size bed and all suites feature a spacious walk-in shower. Our rooms that feature two queen size beds all have the bathtub/shower combination. I don't know if the hotel has a place to store your bicycles or not but they seemed very accommodating during our visit. I would give the hotel a call directly and ask if they are able to assist you.

It is sincerely appreciated, As they stated, we do have an indoor pool that was completely renovated this past June in addition to a fitness center for our guests. Hi Kristin Y. We do not have a bar or restaurant located on site, but we are directly next door to a Longhorn Steakhouse where our guests receive 10% their meal purchases.
