I’m told this was nice before the pandemic but it’s not anymore. One gets the feeling they are doing the absolute bare minimum. Room was not serviced. Sink and bathtub barely drain. Semi-clean room. Towels smelled like cigarette smoke. Smoke detector outside room in hallway has a low battery and chirped every 20 seconds for the entire stay. Other various signs of neglect. I was travelling with others. One person changed rooms because the sheets in the original room smelled bad. A family of 5 walked into the room and turned around and walked out, stayed at another hotel close by instead. Apparently there is a little sign that says you have 15 mins to decline the room. Lol. Don’t stay here!!

Brown comforters? The photos speak volumes. Room 111 is ripe for demolition. A one-for-one towel swap was required to get clean towels. I was also charged $10 per night extra for a disgusting, creaky cot. The employees were the only bright spot - very sweet. The juice machine was out and I was advised to buy a bottle of water from the front desk for my coughing cough toddler. Limited breakfast: The powder eggs were slightly less rubbery than the hard-boiled variety. The “lounge” TV was disabled for the duration of our visit.

We rarely complain but we want to help future travelers avoid this awful place... Air conditioner didn't work, musty smell, shower drain ran VERY slowly, stains on the spread, lumpy pillows, looks tired and run down, morning clerk on 8-9 was bored and uninterested. The night check in clerk 8-8 and breakfast prep woman were very nice.

This Quality Inn served my purpose of attending a convention in Toledo. It was less expensive than staying downtown, the parking was free and there were several restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly. The motel is old and needs to have a renovation. Our room was clean.

It’s definitely a budget hotel. Was it horrible? No, but it’s only worth $50-60 a night. They apparently have a homeless setup somewhere in the hotel. Texas Roadhouse is next door which was probably the only bonus. I’m writing about nothing now because I needed 200 characters

In November,I stayed at this motel for 3 nights.Considering this is a budget motel, this motel was not nearly as bad as other reviewers have made it.My room was comfortable. The staff was cordial and helpful. This motel is located in a very desirable part of Toledo. It is close to buses that go downtown and Toledo's excellent art museum on weekdays and Saturday(buses #22 and #34).The breakfast was poor and stingy, but we are living in times of Covid 19.

If you absolutely must stay here during COVID pandemic, be aware that they do not clean, do not have a breakfast selection (even if the banner is up), do not have an exercise room available, and the guests are not required to wear masks. They think so highly of their towels that there is a sign in the bathroom for how much they cost. I suggest using the $20 to get your own as theirs barely covers a leg. The air conditioning is extremely loud and just blows in the tobacco smoke from outside. Get a room as far from the street and front door as possible as it is noisy and ask for one away from other people if possible as they are noisy and slam doors at all hours. It is treated as a cheap hotel by those who stay there.

I cannot imagine anyone would associate the word "quality" with this property. We found out that the exercise facility was closed due to COVID, there was not hot breakfast due to COVID, there was no daily maid service due to COVID. Most hotel have during this pandemic upped there game and actually done more than the typical cleaning and service procedures. This property appears to have used COVID as an excuse to become lazy and do less or nothing. We were staying 5 nights and had booked a room here because the other newer hotel along Secor Road were more expensive. We will not be staying here again. Money saved is not worth the bad experience from all the other negatives I could list. (I think I will list a few: Traffic noise from busy road and freeway adjacent; Noisy air conditioning; slamming doors; Hallway arguments...)

We made our reservation by phone to stay there a week. When we arrived we noticed mass amounts of what looked like homeless people there. I believe they were set up in a conference room type setting. The parking lot was filthy. We were told that the charge for each pet was $15 a night- which should have been $180. After the second night we found out that they had COVID quarantine people in that hotel (multiple). My husband asked them at the front desk, why we were not told. They finally stated they would not charge us for the dogs. The carpet in our room had a couple small stains and generally not very clean--but manageable. We had problems with the card key entrance into the building and our room. Requested new keys 10 times-still didn't work. They changed the batteries, which did not work and ended up using an electronic device to open the door. After 5 days of that, they gave us a different room. This room was filthy. Big dark stains on the carpet, wall paper was coming off the bathroom wall with potential black mold. Shower curtain was not hung properly and would not stay closed. It was disgusting. We checked out a day early. We felt unclean with all the others who were staying at that hotel DO NOT RECOMMEND and will never go to another Quality Inn again. They advertised a complimentary breakfast which consisted of 2 pieces of bread with a pre-fab egg and disgusting sausage with a mini muffin in a brown paper bag. The only thing worth while was coffee- but the creamer and lids were not replenished. Hair dryer plug in the second room was frayed. At the end of the stay, they tried to charge us $25 per dog, per night plus tax. Felt like we were being scammed. After lengthy discussion they credited us the $380 for the dogs. Was a sketchy stay at best.
