I always stay at a Hilton family hotel because they usually are wonderful hotels with awesome beds, clean rooms, most have digital key and outstanding staff. These hotel lacked on comfortable beds, at least on first floor. The beds were about the same as sleeping on the floor. The pool and hot tub were really nice and the staff was super sweet. Get new beds and I’ll be back. I actually left there exhausted after 2 days of little sleep.
All aspects of hotel were great! Just make sure if you roll into town near 9:00 pm and need to eat you are out of luck! NOTHING! Sweet girl at Sub-Way in the gas station next to hotel stayed open at closing to fix us sandwiches!
This was a family trip to visit our kid who is a student at the College of Wooster. HGI overall was a nice place to stay. Walls are too thin, but thankfully the people next to us were only noisy for a short while early in the evening. Relatively quiet location a few minutes away from downtown Wooster.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel the staff is so friendly and helpful. We motorcycled around Amish country for the weekend and the location was perfect and central. Awesome to have restaurant and bar in the hotel so you don’t have to leave in the evening- food was excellent
I had 520$ Stolen out of our room and other personal items the general manager was no help and just told us to call the cops and was joking about the situation while we waited in the lobby for the cops to come. The GM and front desk staff are very unprofessional
