The rooms we're very dirty. The showers very dirty. The staff was friendly the breakfast was not very good. Our refrigerator didn't work and the microwave didn't work in our room. The vending machines were empty.

We just needed a clean little room and a bite to eat after a long day on the road, and this fit the bill perfectly! The rooms are not fancy or huge, but very clean and cleverly decorated in the 50's theme. The price, $52 was very reasonable. The only caveat was that there needed to be 4 pillows instead...

The room was clean but a bit outdated. We just needed a quick one night stay on a road trip and with our daughter and two dogs along this place fit the bill. It was clean, affordable, and convenient. No coffee in our room, the pets stayed for free, really basic room.

It could have easily been a 4 but the staff in the evening and morning were lacking customer service skills. My I.D. does have a McAlester address but it is a PO box. We actually live in Coalgate. I had proof if address but was still told I had to give a 100$ deposit. I was very disappointed duevtiv love...

This was a fun place to stay. Bright, cheerful, interesting & CLEAN! Because the price was so good we opted for the suite which actually was a larger room divided by a counter and cabinets, nicely done though. Large, comfortable couch and armoire. We were assigned the "Marylin Monroe" suite. Not simply a place to crash like most motels. Could...

I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Staff were awesome, it felt like I already knew them. Every area squeaky clean. Fun fifties decor. Low priced but not low quality. Close to restaurants, shops, wonderful diner next to property. ❤

Took a weekend Fall foliage trip to southeast Oklahoma on the same weekend that everyone else did. Cabins in the woods were booked, but found this cute little place in McAlester. The staff was so accommodating, the famous Italian food was close by, and it was a delightful little place to stay.

I felt the price was very reasonable for a 4 night stay. It's not a Hilton but you get what you pay for. The staff was pleasant, the beds were okay. The breakfast was good but I do wish it lasted until 9:30 or 10 because it was hard getting up and at em before they put it all away...

I was so surprised when walking through the front door and being greeted by so much authentic and wonderful decor that all those fantastic memories, from the greatest time in my life, came rushing back! The place is spotless, wonderful continental breakfast, very friendly staff and very comfortable beds! You won't be disappointed. The price is also very reasonable.

I read reviews before booking and read them after we stayed. We were just not impressed with this hotel--except that our room was spotlessly clean. Our room was tiny and had some kind of smoky mirror all along one wall which we didn't care for. The breakfast selection was okay but limited. No coffee maker in the room. Friendly desk...
