The building needs updating. You can see the ghost of Marriott from where the sign was removed. AC trickled and the room never completely cooled off after a warm day. Hotel was booked by a friend. I would not have selected it and will never stay there again.

Old and ran down hotel. I was thinking that it was ran by Marriott but it is not. The bed was hard as a rock and house keeping came at 930 one day. On check out day, house keeping showed up at 830 and again at 930.

I was just there for a night but the lady that checked me in was AMAZING!!!! I believe her name is DINA GASS (I asked for her name but never wrote it down) she answered all of my questions, I'm not from OKC so she was nice enough to tell me where things were, direction's, hotel policies etc. You really...

Our visit to this hotel was 100% fabulous. Our rooms were perfect, the food was amazing, and the hotel staff was kind and courteous at all times. This hotel featured an indoor heated pool which was used by the ladies in our group, and they all enjoyed it. The housekeeping and servers were always professional, kind, and courteous whenever we...

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Oklahoma City. This hotel is in a great part of NW Oklahoma City with plenty to offer. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from in the area. The rooms are very clean and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay worthwhile.

I recently stayed overnight. I found a good price on Hotwire. The service was very good, the staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location is great! My only complaint is that there was not a refrigerator or microwave in the room and the ice machine was not working. Other...

I stayed for business and found this to be a good value. The rooms are clean. The bed comfy and you can walk to many restaurants. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet which is limited but had fresh fruit each day. On the last day they made eggs to order. I got a veggie omelet. It was yummy.

room was nice, with king size bed. The only problem I have with this hotel is that they have an incidental charge for any breakage in the room while you are there which I was never told about. Imagine my surprise when I found a charge of 128.58 to my bank account which was not on my bill when I...

We are sorry to hear that the front desk agent didn't explain at check in the procedure of a $ 50 dollars charge on any incidentals. It is very common in the Hotel Industry that the Hotel keep on hold an amount as Incidental charge (movie, Breakfast, bars etc..), if the guest didn't use the Hotel amenities than the charge...

Spent the weekend there for our son's birthday. Got a very inexpensive Hotwire price. The pros were a friendly staff, location, heated indoor pool, and clean rooms. The cons were no refrigerator in the room, which wouldn't have been a big deal had the ice machine on our floor worked (called and reported it but it wasn't fixed during the time...
