If i could give zero stars i would. This is an absolutely awful hotel! My car broke down 1/2 mile from Stroud. This hotel was the only option. Paid $175 for a 1 bed room that smelled awful, had dead bugs, TV endlessly stopped working, bathroom wouldn't drain & most lights didn't work. Pool was closed. Receptionist was ridiculously rude, wouldn't give extra pillows & gave me a blanket that was covered in hair. They offer "continental" breakfast which consists of fruit loops, corn flakes & twinkies. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I was desperate for my kids & I to have a place to stay while my car was repaired and sadly they took advantage of that.

Rude motel attendant. Not informed about restaurant. Could not answer questions about phone number to restaurant or transfer call. Stated busy with customers on a Thursday night in a small town. Maybe because of pow wow

The reception lobby was dark and dreary, the hotel clerk was not friendly and she never smiled. I stayed on a friday night and the cost was $170.75 for one night. I asked why so expensive and she said that was the summer rate. Ridiculous! The people next door stayed up all night. She told me that there was a continental breakfast. The next morning, I went to the lobby and the breakfast consisted of front loops, rice crispies, and corn flake cereals. There were some apples that looked terrible and the few oranges were very shriveled and dark colored. and then a few twinkies thrown in a basket. All I seen was coffee to drink. I said no thanks. I would not have stayed had there been somewhere else. I went to the hampton and there weren't any vacancies.

The new owner took full advantage of all of the victims due to the power outages across Oklahoma. We rented the room for 2 nights because OG&E said the electric wouldn't be fixed until then. Thanks to the hard workers @ OG&E they were able to restore our power sooner than expected. We had our power turned on & let the owner know by 7:00 pm. He had plenty of time to fill the room. A lot of other victims received their money back for nights they did not stay from other establishments. Ugh!

i booked a Jacuzzi room for new years weekend. When i checked in they tried to charge me $30 more than the reservation price. The Jacuzzi leaked all over the floor soaking the carpet and making the tile very dangerous. i could tell from the outside of the Jacuzzi it had been leaking for a long time. we checked out at 6:00 am..

Good choice for folks travelling with a pet. Oly $10 additional vs $50 at the Hampton. Our room was older but fine. Everything worked. We like the attached restaurant. It wasn't open for dinner (Covid schedule?) but breakfast there was great. We like the west facing rooms better

From the first night stay the shower would not drain, it was standing water. Come to find out the shower drain was clogged up with hair and dirt. Seriously wasn’t cleaned in a very long time. Cleaning the bathrooms and showers is supposed to be part of cleaning the overall room itself.

I understand that the choices are limited in Stroud, but I think that they use that to their advantage and don't try! The reception staff were not friendly or helpful. The rooms are old and basic. While I was still in bed, someone keyed into our room and entered (never even knocked) and it was 9am (not as though we were in the room beyond checkout). Also, toiletries are very limited, so be sure to pack your own.

We were all prepared to stay here. I had called earlier in the day and was a wee bit peeved by the way I was talked to on the phone when booking. Basically, she couldn’t be bothered. Nevertheless, I thought, well maybe she’s having a bad day. So, we appear after driving 71/2 hours through the pouring rain. Walked up to the counter to meet the lady receptionist, who seemingly can’t be bothered even smiling. Find out, there is no breakfast as advertised, this slowly goes downhill. We were very pleasant, but after a couple of minutes, it wasn’t working for us and we said thank you very much and went over to the Hampton Suites, for $10 a night more. Not a place I would bother even pulling off the highway for! This place is on its last legs I think. No wonder!
