This is my first time to stay at this hotel. The accommodations were excellent, comfortable, and conveniently located for my activities during the week. In fact, I've made an additional reservation for my next trip. The staff are exceptional and interested in your stay. Christia at the front desk insured I received a room to my liking and was always...

We arrived for a quick stay late at night. Christia and Gabriel were at the desk. Not only were they very professional at their job, they were very outgoing and had a good time joking with us. I was only there about six hours , but what I saw of the Mayo was stunning. The room was excellent , great...

My husband and I spent a weekend here and had a wonderful experience! This is a fabulous, upscale hotel with great aesthetic appeal as well as a tremendously helpful staff. We truly enjoyed our experience, we arrived on a Friday and there was a wedding taking place in the lobby, this instantly made me fear "loud, crazy wedding guests" but...

If you want a quiet place for business or a romantic get-away--- this is the place. Bed is SO comfortable and the rooms are enormous. Great architecture throughout starting with the elevator. Love this hotel---- one of the best in Tulsa and convenient to downtown attractions.

Spent Sunday night in a signature suite. It was huge! Great bathroom with spa tub and separate shower. Complete kitchen area, dining area, and living area. The bed was very comfortable. Would stay again!

My husband and I spent the night at the Mayo last night and everything was perfect! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was huge with a very comfy bed and everything was clean and modern. Gorgeous hotel lobby as well. The only parking available is valet $20/night which was fine with us. Just FYI!

Other reviewers are right about the size of the rooms and the comfy beds - all of which are major plusses. But the service in this place couldn't be worse. Here for work for the week, and our key cards were deactivated every night, meaning a trip up to the room down the long hallway, only to have to head...

Dear JenBoise, I am extremely disappointed to read about your experience. We always strive to impress our guests and we clearly did not deliver during your stay. We value our business travelers immensely, and I completely understand that to wait for breakfast for an hour is unacceptable. I can assure you that our team in the restaurant will do their...

The basic room is awesome, but they have a variety of room types ranging from mini suites to a full blown apartment size room complete with all appliances. The roof top bar is nice if the weather cooperates, although it is obviously a trendy spot for Tulsa's younger crowd to gather.

Dear Mragan22, Thank you for the 5 stars. The variety of rooms is an ongoing joke among our regulars who have been staying in the Mayo for 2-3 years. Every time they think they have seen it all, we put them in a new room :) It is fantastic to have so many different room types in our inventory, because...

We utilized the Mayo for the wedding party bridesmaids the night before the wedding and again for the bride and grooms after wedding stay. Only for only one night, we found The Mayo very clean and exceptionally large. This room was actually apartment sized with a pleasant view. The bathroom was large with a modern walk-in Roman type shower (no curtain or closing door)...Loved it! The linen and bed slept very well.

Dear 101Green29, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. I appreciate your kind words very much. You are absolutely correct to say that our Mayo suites are more like apartments.
