We have stayed at this hotel a number of times as we can always count on a quiet, clean room and a restful night's sleep. It is located conveniently right off of the freeway and also has a very good restaurant attached. We definitely will stay there again when we travel to the Northwest to visit family.

I had originally booked a room at The Geiser Grand Hotel for the Hell's Canyon Motorcycle Rally, received a confirmation code through Booking.com months before the rally. When I called a few weeks before the event, Geiser Grand said they didn't have a reservation for me. After a few days of going back and forth between the two companies Geiser... More

When you first arrive, the grounds are beautiful, then you walk into the reception and are greeted so friendly by all the staff. They all go out of their way to accommodate you and make sure you are comfortable and having a good time

Stayed for two nights at the BW Sunridge Inn. The property is conveniently located just off I-84. It is a large motel with very well kept grounds, and more watered green grass than you usually find in this area. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and co-operative. The building was somewhat dated but the room (dog friendly) was a good size... More

This was not a place on our radar. But as we wound our way back to Northern California for a wedding after visiting Glacier National Park, we discovered there was an Oregon Trail Interpretive Center just outside of Baker City. The Sunridge Inn, although clearly an older property was well priced and conveniently located. Our room was clean and comfortable... More

Although this hotel is older it has been well maintained, clean and smelled fresh. The staff was accommodating and ready to please when we arrived. Freshly baked cookies awaited us in the lobby, which seems to be the norm now-a-days, but still a nice touch The grounds are impeccably cared for and provide a beautiful oasis in the middle of... This is an older hotel, but I must say it is fairly well updated, maintained and clean. It is reasonably priced and very convenient for travelers. The provide breakfast in the attached restaurant is a welcome alternative to the traditional breakfast buffets.

Rooms are clean and decently maintained. Property feels a bit older. Staff seems nice enough. Rooms in the back building don't have balconies/patio areas. No elevators! Important to know if you have a lot of luggage. There is a small play area for children - slide and swings. Good for an energetic child who has been cooped up in a... More

When visiting family in Baker City, I always stay at the Best Western Sunridge Inn because other choices in town seem less appealing. The rooms are large and clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located close to the highway, so traveling is easy. I do not recommend the restaurant, as the service is horrible... More

I travel a lot and stay at Best Westerns to earn points and take advantage of their promotions. Because of this I have been able to purchase and earn travel cards. I had two rooms reserved for my family and paid for them with a stack of travel cards. The young woman at the registration desk was so patient and... More
