I stayed here recently for a night on a roadtrip. It was my second visit and I returned for the decent breakfast, great location and spacious suites.

My two queen studio had a comfy couch and sitting area and a well equipped kitchen. A small but nice feature is the kitchen tap had builtin in filtered water and they supply carafes you can fill and chill in your fridge. The bathroom was unusually spacious with a great dual shower head set up.

They serve craft beer and wine plus cheese every evening (at least I think it's daily) from 5 to 6:30, absolutely free! And the breakfast is a cut above the standard with a hot station where you order and it's made for you. I will say my egg scramble was bland and a little cold but I love the concept and last time I stayed it was tasty so here's hoping this was an anomal.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk to downtown and across the street from a riverfront park with nice walking paths along the river. Plus they have free bike rentals!

Well Worth a stay

Shout out to Asher, Nate and Shelley at reception who helped me get my favorite room and always make me feel welcome and to Joey and Lani in the kitchen - their breakfasts are a work of art. They’ve expanded their gluten and dairy free offerings at breakfast. Thank you! Love the EV chargers too! Thank you Element Bend team!

We spent 5 nights (July 2021) here as a Lifetime Titanium member using points. Paid 120K Marriott points for the 5 nights and got the 5th night free. We chose this property because it was new. Our room was 434 - King with a Full Kitchen.

We flew in late to the Bend airport and initially had a hard time finding the property using Google Maps. If you have an issue, just map to Fairfield Bend.

Parking is free. We stayed at the SpringHill Bend last year and they charged for parking so the complimentary parking was much appreciated. No one wants to pay for parking unless it is a large metropolitan city.

We really enjoyed our room. It felt new and clean and the kitchen came in handy. We got some thai food to go and was even able to heat up the leftovers. The room was very functional. The small table next to the couch served as our small eating table. There are also bar stools with an area to sit. Full size fridge is nice and we used the dishwasher to wash the plates and utensils.

Breakfast is interesting. There is a cooking station and every day, there is 1 item that they make fresh. It's very gourmet - avocado toast with fried egg, egg white omelet with zucchini. A few mornings we left early and could not partake in breakfast but the couple of mornings we did, it was nice to not have a boring buffet breakfast. They do have a fancy coffee machine that is available 24 hours but there is only 1 and the 1st time we tried to use it, it broke.

This was one of my favorite places to stay during our 4 week trip across Oregon and Washington. I wished all the rooms we stayed at were this functional.

There was no housekeeping the entire 5 days, unless you request it. If you need paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex), the front desk has a supply and they can give it to you right away. For towels, they can send someone to bring it to you.

For my status (Titanium), they let me pick out $10 worth of items from the pantry - just no alcohol. Other than that, no other special benefits.

We really enjoyed our stay here and we used it for our visit to Crater Lake, Sahalie/Koosah Falls, Tamolitch Blue Pool, Proxy Falls and Mt Hood area. For food, we ordered takeout from Wild Rose Thai and El Sancho Taco Shop. Would recommend both.

This hotel is pretty new, modern and pretty inside and out. Parking was convenient and free to boot. Right across the street from Pioneer Park and river, walkable to downtown. WE were able to get a 1 bedroom suite at a good price. Traveling as a family, it's nice for the bedroom to have a door separate from the living area. The breakfast has a nice variety of cold and hot foods. The hot food they prepare individually for you rather than buffet style. I especially liked the yogurt bar with toppings. They also have a neat area where they grow fruits and veggies. They will also let you use their bicycles to get around, but I didn't get to test them out this time.

The lobby is light and modern, but they had a weird problem with their lighting in the lobby when we were there. It was intermittently on and off in the evening and in the morning. It wasn't an environmental conservation strategy, the staff said it was some other problem. They did have emergency lights on in the main area, but it became a nuisance when we wanted to use the gym or lobby bathrooms because the lights didn't work in there either.

Beautiful, modern, new, clean hotel right off the Bend Highway near shops & a brewery. Hotel is well staffed, we were greeted when we arrived and I immediately utilized the well-equipped laundry room.

We had a very comfortable 600 square-foot one bedroom suite. Our room was well designed, We had a safe, lots of storage & seating space. The kitchen was well-equipped with a stove, full refrigerator freezer, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cutlery… We would’ve been comfortable here for a week.. The bathroom is spacious and the bed was luxurious. We had two nice size closets and 2 very large televisions.

Breakfast in the lobby in the was lovely. The fruit, Cereal, pastries, cappuccino machine and a man making ready to order delicious French toast. There was a very nice gym with cardio, free weights and machines. The indoor pool looked very inviting.

The hotel was dog friendly & there were many children. There were signs about wearing masks indoors and social distancing , but many still did not. Disappointed so many adults & children did not follow the rules .

We were in rm 222, right in front of the elevator, it was noisy. From our bed we heard conversations, children running & playing in front of our door. The hotel Is conveniently next to the highway and we heard the roar of trucks and vehicles throughout the night.

On our next trip to Bend we would come back here. Preferably not during a pandemic or a school break with the room not in front of the elevator

A new hotel in Bend. The room was comfortable for our short, 2 night stay; but it also would have been functional for a long-term stay. There's a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop, and dishwasher, along with all the typical hotel amenities. There was a magnet on the fridge saying that the tap water is filtered. So many other hotels like to give their guests bottled water, and I appreciate that Element doesn't do that. We loved that the hotel was a short walk to downtown Bend. We'll definitely be staying again next time we're in Bend.

We had a great stay at the Element in Bend! Our room was very spacious, clean, and well-appointed with dishes, a small kitchen, a work area, and large bed. Breakfast each morning was delicious with an individually prepared egg dish, yogurts, cereals, fruit, etc. We definitely enjoyed the daily happy hour with wine, craft beers, and snacks. What a nice way to relax in the evening! Our stay was made even better by Shelley who greeted us when we checked in and took care of us at happy hour. She made us feel very welcome. We definitely recommend this hotel!

New, modern hotel just outside of the main downtown area. It’s a pet friendly hotel with a large park right across the street. They offer a free continental breakfast. During our stay, the breakfast options included freshly made pancakes, but mainly consisted of grab and go items like muffins, pastries, fruit, cereal, and oatmeal. Our room was located on the 4th floor, which was the highest floor. The room furnishings were nice and comfortable, the bathroom was lovely with a large walk-in shower. We had a small kitchen with a microwave, mini-fridge, plates, coffee mugs, glasses, and cutlery. Having actual dishes and cutlery was so nice to have, it made our take-out dinner much more enjoyable. The only negative for our particular room (410) was the view. We had a view of the back parking lot and freeway. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but I would request a room on the other side of the building from where I stayed during this visit.

I would like to thank the staff at this hotel! Traveling from NY to Redmond was challenging to say the least. Checked in at 12:30 pm when we were supposed to arrive at 1 in afternoon. Thank you American Airlines for poor service. Front desk Manager was wonderful as our luggage never made it. She provided us with toiltries to get us through the morning. This was our second stay here. Clean, bright and courteous. Relax hour at 4 i believe with complintary wine and craft beer with cheese, bread, olives. Board games scattered about. Please throw some dollars in the gratuity cup!
Breakfast is provided with a different hot course daily along with continental accompaniments. Coffee rotated constantly throughout the day. There was also 3 tea selections in the evenings with unique fresh blends.

Put aside for a moment that this hotel is brand spanking new and pristine. It showcases why Element is such an amazing new brand. Rooms are fantastic, everything about the property from the moment you arrive is open, light and inviting. Great gym, pool and jacuzzi, great common areas inside and outside. The GM Eric has assembled a perfect team, front office staff Colten, Lo, Danica, Eric, Tyler, manager Kenny, each goes out of their way to make your stay great. AND super dog friendly, didn’t have a dog with me but the ones that were there were a plus. A huge, better contrast to neighboring Springhill Suites, which, while also pretty new, seemed to have the opposite atmosphere, not particularly welcoming to dogs or the people. Element really complements Bend, and vice versa.

Most of the rooms whether Double Queen or King have their own private kitchen facility that is not shared with other rooms. It includes a full size fridge, dishwasher, hot plate cooking top, cutting board, pasta set pans, frying pan, all dishes including silverware, and more. Hope this helps and hope to see you soon!!
