It was one of the best hotels we've stayed in. We'll stay at a Hilton again, wherever our next stay may be. I enjoyed the blackout window screen and the room separater curtain to help keep it dark when sleeping. The bathroom was very clean and bright with a nice shower.

I'd never stayed at a Home 2 by Hilton before and wasn't sure what to expect. It's kind of a Best Western or Fairfield level. So, reasonably priced; offers breakfast: serve yourself cereal, muffins, waffle-machine, basic eggs, coffee, tea, juices. Located close to restaurants, including a pretty good Mexican restaurant across the street. Also, it was clean, comfortable and modern. My room was right by the ice maker, and I worried that the sound would keep me awake, but the room was well-insulated and I couldn't hear it at all. But what made this hotel stand out was the customer service. The front desk staff were all super helpful and friendly. The only thing I'd change about this hotel is the blankets in the bedroom. There was a light weight comforter and a sheet; no blanket. No spare blankets in the room, but the front desk was quick to get me another comforter - but it was too lightweight to add much. I was able to turn the thermostat up to be comfortable but what a waste of electricity.

My husband had to have open heart and this hotel was 5 minutes from the hospital…I can not say enough about how accommodating the ENTIRE staff was!! Because of the surgery we were so needy…and everything we asked for was delivered and then some…they even helped us load our vehicle when we left. Just above and beyond. We stayed in their 1bedroom king suite for 6 weeks…it has a full size fridge dishwasher and kitchen area. A table that was perfectly movable on wheels and 2 huge TVs with an extremely firm comfortable king size bed…good size bathroom with 2 doors to get in and out. They have breakfast available everyday and a pool, gym with washer and dryer. The parking is more than adequate..and if you have a dog this place is VERY dog friendly. There is tons of restaurants all around many within walking distance and take your pick of grocery stores ..Whole Foods Safeway Costco plus many more…If your coming through Bend definitely stay here..we will be ❤️

Btw there is a guy named AI that gave them a bad review on 2/7…don’t pay any attention to his review. I looked at all his reviews and they are all 1 and 2 stars. Some people are just negative.

We travel full time, all in hotels (mostly Hilton brands) and Airbnbs, so I have quite a few points of comparison. I don't want to give this hotel just 3 stars, but...
1. The elevator is in a very strange place: not near the front desk at all, but down the longest hallway at the back of the hotel, in the bend of the "L." We take the stairs except when loading and unloading the car, but it was just strange to have to push the carts all the way past the first floor rooms just to get to the elevator.
2. There are staircases at the two ends of the hotel, but the one at the front of the hotel is exit only. This means when you enter via the front door you have to either go down the first floor hallway past all the rooms to the elevator or continue even further to the stairs at the farthest other end of the hotel. Weird.
3. The breakfast in this hotel was bad compared to almost every other Hilton we've stayed at, for years. Waffles, sure, for kids, but all the rest looked like they wanted to put out token placeholders but skimp as much as possible. White bread only, plain bagels only, instant oatmeal only. One kind of yogurt with artificial sweetener. Cartons of milk was nice, three kinds of sugary cereal. They put out biscuits and gravy every day, which is not really in the local food culture, so odd. The eggs and meat (always sausage patties) were put out in small numbers and it seemed people were always waiting for more of them as they kept searching in dismay for some better options that didn't exist.
4. There are effectively no bathtubs in this hotel, so if you have small kids and need a tub, beware. There are only showers. The accessible rooms listing says they have accessible tubs, but there aren't many of those. There is also no hot tub, so everyone returning from a day of hard play outside in this recreation-based town has nowhere to soak achy muscles.

It's a shame because the hotel is new and quite nice but for these disappointments. Full kitchen is beyond wonderful. Big rooms. Friendly staff. I know the brands do differ and we usually have at least one of these issues at any hotel, but this one seems to have all of them.

I called this morning to inquire about an early check in. The front desk staff that fielded my call was incredibly rude. For what was a simple and kindly communicated request was greeted with extremely rude and mildly offensive response in the way I was spoken to. As someone who travels frequently for work, i have never encountered someone so unnecessarily rude.

OMGOSH when I tell you this was the nicest place to stay. NEW hotel, I was the first person to sleep in the room. It was so Clean and smelled wonderfully clean too! Staff was on point and breakfast while it was limited was delicious, the wheat waffles were AWESOME!!! The white tree greets you in the lobby with style leading you into the spacious modern, Bend inspired guest rooms. Highly recommend for traveling for business or leisure as you won't be disappointed!

I was on my way to Montana from California, and as a Hilton Honors member, I chose to stay in all Hilton properties along the way. This was my first stop, and my first time in a Home2 Suites property. Overall, I was delighted by this place, and was so glad I chose it for my first stop on my road trip with my 82 year old father. I highly recommend this property, but here are some thoughts as you consider it.

Pro’s - This place is super dog friendly, I was immediately impressed. The room was more spacious than I was expecting. It had a sitting area with a couch, two queen beds and a little kitchen area with a proper fridge and freezer. While it didn’t have a dining table, it had a mobile desk table you could move around the room. The little touches they added were awesome. They had bedside tables on both sides of the beds, lots of plugs everywhere, they had this curtain you could pull to close off the couch area from the beds if you wanted, and the bathroom was spacious and the shower really nice, as it was a walk in style, so it was safe for my senior father. The amount of storage in the room was insanely good. Also, they had a good breakfast and trays for you to take back to your room if you need/want, which was helpful for me since my Dad isn’t super mobile. The food at the breakfast was decent, enough options for your average American, but not super healthy stuff. My dad loved the biscuits and gravy and I had a banana and English muffin.

Con’s - location is not super convenient from the freeway, but nothing terrible. The elevators are located at the back of the property, which was strange. For my dad who uses oxygen and struggles to walk distances, this was a bit of a challenge at first, until I realized there was a door at the back I could park the car near to make it easier for him.

Overall, I was very happy with my stay. I would absolutely stay here again if I was coming through the area. Also, the Mexican restaurant next door was super convenient for dinner after a long drive. Food was really pretty good for classic American/Mexican sit down dining.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave, dishes and a dishwasher. Definitely a place you could stay for a few days. Only drawback is that the location is off the 'beaten path' We didn't use the pool or fitness center. The breakfast included Waffles, Eggs, Sausage, cereal, etc.

We had a great experience at Hilton Home 2 Suites in Tampa, and thought we would press our luck in Bend. I guess our luck ran out. The thermostat would keep the room at 74 degrees despite us turning it down to 64 in the evening. The room directly above us made stomping/banging/landing on the floor noise literally all evening and into the early morning. We had no idea what they could possibly be doing. We called down to the front desk around 10pm to report the noise and were told it would be taken care of. That didn't happen. The stompers finally went to sleep after midnight. When we checked out, we saw a lobby full of families and young kids all with wrestling club shirts on. Maybe that was the source? Wrestling on the floor all night? Either way, it is the hotels job to quiet down guests so that everyone is able to sleep. We received a generous (Ha!) $13 taken off the bill of $140. I would recommend going somewhere quieter, and if you can't, then getting a room on the top floor. Don't expect to be compensated if there is a substantial problem with your stay.

Very nice place for an overnight stay, would be good for a longer stay also. Rooms are very affordable, comfortable and spacious and it is great to have a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator (and dishwasher!). Complimentary hot breakfast buffet was nice for getting an early start - not fancy but very adequate
