Welcoming staff, enjoyed our 4 day stay at the Fairfield Bend OR hotel. Very comfortable beds, clean room, refrigerator, bathroom spacious, modern, nice showerhead spray.
Enjoyed complementary breakfast, good change up of hot items: ham/cheese on croissant, crustless spinach quiche, sausage/egg muffin, and usual items: waffles, muffins, oatmeal, cereals, scrambled & hard boiled eggs, yogurt, etc.
Hotel close to downtown Bend: shops and restaurants.
Enjoyed complementary breakfast, good change up of hot items: ham/cheese on croissant, crustless spinach quiche, sausage/egg muffin, and usual items: waffles, muffins, oatmeal, cereals, scrambled & hard boiled eggs, yogurt, etc.

Of the three Marriott properties I stayed in recently, this is the only one I have been to before. Of the three this is the only one where the desk clerk was wearing a mask against the Covid virus and created a touchless experience. She was very accommodating to find the room I wanted and like my previous stay, was clean, quiet and the furniture reflected the contemporary updates done at Fairfield's. Huge tv, easy remote, decent and clean coffee maker. The location is convenient to the freeway and downtown area yet in a quiet part of Bend. The fact our experience was as good the second time as the first tells me this is a well run hotel and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

We spent two nights at this property. It's located north of the old downtown. A bit of a hike by foot. We had an executive King room which was oddly configured but comfortable enough. A hot buffet breakfast was offered which is odd during Covid times. The main reason I give this property 3 stars is that we discovered by accident that the refrigerator in the room has a two hour timer. Yes. You have to manually go in every two hours, bend down and press the button to keep it on. I have never stayed in a hotel with this. How much power do you save? What about mother's who need to store milk for infants? Or medication? This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable.

Hi italgal, I apologize for any miscommunication on our part, the refrigerator in the room is always on. There is a rapid chill feature that works for 2 hours if you want to cool down items rapidly or a 8 hour snooze feature so that the compressor does not turn on while you are sleeping. I hope that this clarifies your concern, but we can double check the frig in your room to make sure it has not malfunctioned. Thank you, again.

We were making our way to the Hood river area and planned a stop in Bend to visit a friend. There were several Marriott brand hotels to pick from and we selected the Fairfield Inn. The weekend we booked there was a large city festival and all of the hotels were very expensive. The Fairfield offered the best value of the Marriott chain properties and were were not disappointed with our stay. Within walking distance to downtown and many great places to eat. Close to parks and trails to walk along. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful

Rooms were freshly renovated and very clean. The hotel did a great job following all COVID-19 protocols. The hotel was reasonably priced, too! We loved that it was dog friendly but didn’t smell like dogs. Location is very convenient to the highway. Rooms were very quiet!

We had a king room which had tons of space. The room was very nice and smelled super clean when we walked in. The staff were very nice and informative, especially the breakfast crew! With covid restrictions, breakfast is served one by one by the staff. They were absolutely wonderful and made the best breakfast waffles! The indoor pool and hot tub are roomy. We loved the reservation system: 45 minute blocks of solo run time! Only 30min from bachelor. The only critique I have is that parking gets full at night, we got the last parking spot at around 11pm. I could see that being frustrating to have to find parking away from the hotel, but fortunately that wasn’t an issue for us! Will 10/10 stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and well appointed. There was nice dog walk and relief area. The location is convenient - across the street from a beautiful park and path along the Deschutes and easy walk to Boneyard. We had a small issue at check in, but the agent accommodated us the best he could which was much appreciated. Where many hotels are reducing breakfast offerings due to Covid, they still had all of the normal options. We would definitely consider this hotel on our next visit.

This is off the beaten path but that helped us get a comfortable and quiet night. This property is very new and clean. We had a welcoming front desk staff. This hotel also conveniently has a stairway next to the elevator in the middle of the property. Provided a to go breakfast.

We stayed here a year ago in an Executive King Suite and were impressed with the staff, amenities, and space. Ms.Chan checked us in and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful when asked about local restaurants. We said we'd be back. Little did we know that due to medical issues, we'd be back in Bend this month. Tami (sp) took our reservations and once again, we experienced great customer service. We told her we'd like to be close to the front door and on the first floor, and she made that happen. Our room had a super comfortable bed, the breakfast was great and the suite was perfect. I'm making reservations again tomorrow as I have other appointments in Bend and I know this is the perfect place to stay. We love, love, love this place!!

Our family had a great vacation in Bend and enjoyed the hotel. It was an easy 10 minute walk to downtown and restaurants and easy access to the freeway and every place we wanted to go. Pioneer Park and access to the Deschutes River is right across the street. The staff was really nice. Breakfast was good and the women who worked there were working really hard and efficiently. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The couch doesn’t pull out into a bed so my kid slept on a rollaway, which fit the space of our Executive King fine.

I don't know about this hotel's pet policy. We were not traveling with a pet, so the subject never came up. Your best bet is to ask the hotel directly.
There is a shuttle from the park and ride not far from there. $5 cash per day on the bus or buy pass online 2 day for $10.
mtbachelor website has the info and under service for details.
Call the Fairfield. Their local shuttle service may give you a lift to the park n ride.
