We stayed 2 nights in the king Jacuzzi suite. The room was clean the bed was comfy and we felt right at home. Nice flat screen with Netflix available. Air conditioning worked great. For the money it was great and very private located at the end of the parking lot. The tub was very nice and the jets weren’t noisy at all.

The girl at the front desk has a attitude so I wish she was not working there , will not be coming back to stay until I find out she's not there anymore, I'll stay somewhere else, you can't open your mouth without her jumping out at you

This place was great! Easy to check in and get to the room. This is a motel but we sprung for the top room, the honeymoon suite. This is not in the actual row of rooms in the main building. This is on the corner of the property in its own building next to laundry. (We didn’t have a noise problem). Good size room with a big comfortable bed and giant comfy chair perfect for two people to cuddle on. Very romantic. Flowers everywhere and candles were a nice touch. The bathroom was where this room stands out.. good size jetted tub and nice smaller shower with a rainfall head. Separate heating and cooling for the bath was nice too.

Overpriced for what it is. Ok motel in ok location. Marshmallow is all that comes to mind in describing the bed. Hard to get out of it’s so soft. Old bedding to go with it. I’d say new mattress would make worth almost what was charged.

Worst customer service! They will screw you over if it makes them more money. Requested $100 cash for deposit. Shady business. Name error on reservation. Would not correct and asked us to cancel and rebook at 3x the rate. Rude unhelpful general manager Elizabeth. She lied and said she was the owner as well.

This motel is disgustingly dirty. Do not stay here. Apathetic front office staff, hairs in the bathroom and dirty coffee pot. Icky. Had to cut my stay in Bend short, as the town is booked. Loud street noise, stinky room. Yuck.

I prepaid on booking.com for $76 and went to the hotel. THE man behind the desk didn't believe me , recharged my credit card another $76 and required a $100 cash deposit for room damage. I couldnt cancel thru bookimg.. so to get into a room cost me $260!!!!! A woman came out and said after I showed my credit card history of them double charging me she said she took off a $76 charge but they still have $100 cash on top of me paying $76!!! Never never staying here again.. they would have to give me credit or a free night but the roads are super noisy and an accident happened a truck ran into another car at 3am then cops came then tow truck so stay away. Worst place in bend oregon.!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were super clean modern and well updated. Great internet. Good shower pressure. Sorta close to downtown. Def will come back next time I stay in this area. No idea why some people gave it bad reviews.

any crumbs or anything that was on the floors by hand and made the beds every morning. We were going to stay again we pre paid for another night I ask the maid for some new towels and gave her the towels that we had in the room for 5 days, about 30 minutes later I get a call with this man screaming at me at the top of his lungs I didn't even know what was going on and he says I'm coming up to your room right now. About 30 seconds later he shows up with the maid has the towels which he literally threw on the ground on the right in front of me and he's yelling that I destroyed his towels and kicks us out he would not refund my money I had to call the police, and keep in mind this is all over a few towels that weren't even that dirty, the room was in perfect condition when he looked at it so that should have been an indication to him that we were being responsible and respectful And to top it off he didn't even wash the towels before calling me and coming up to the room screaming at me I was on the phone with my girlfriend she's in the ICU at the Hospital listening to this guy treating us like that. So when the police arrived we came to an agreement that if "I" wash the towels and if they came out to his expectations clean wise then he would refund the money. I checked into a Sleep Inn Choice Hotel which was actually closer to the hospital and was a lot nicer and after we got settled back in I ran to a laundromat and about 2 hours + $20 and a lot of extra unnecessary stress later I put them in a wash, folded them and return them he was not there the lady up front who was extremely cool the whole time and didn't even understand why we were treated like that especially after being awesome customers and keeping the room clean ourselves. He did not care that we had a serious family emergency. We chose to stay at his Motel he didn't even wash the towels before deciding to treat his customers like that. all the while he has a Cadillac Escalade suv on rims out front and wants to treat good-paying respectful customers like criminals over a couple towels that he didn't even clean before bringing it to our attention. DON'T STAY HERE because if you do and there's any type of situation this guy will kick you out disrespect you and not refund your money and he will belittle you he even threw religion in my face at one point and treated us like that in front of people and in front of the owner of a guitar place that's in the same parking lot, I was going to buy a keyboard later that day and he made me look bad and feel belittled and like someone who was a bad person and really embarrassed me from even wanting to go back into that music store to purchase the keyboard I will not be staying here ever again and neither will any of my family or friends. We got the refund but I should have charged him for a cleaning fee because he didn't even do his job or provide any of the services that we paid for, except the room itself. Not to mention towels are a business expense. I travel around and stay at plenty of hotels and I have never been treated like that over a couple towels it was asinine and completely unbelievably mind-blowing that he would treat us like that. I wouldn't even give one star to this place!
