This motel advertises that it has cable TV, it does not, it has antennae tv and the reception is terrible. Unwatchable. The maintenance is also poor, one bed side lamp wasn't even plugged in and they were unable to get an extension cord to plug it in. I wonder if anyone ever tries to watch the tv or turns the lights on to see if they work.

This is your basic one step up from Motel 6. Great convenient location. We requested room on the backside away from traffic and facing the pool. Nice pool area by open field. Room was very clean, had microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. To our surprise, there was no closet or place to hang anything, which was very odd. No pictures on the walls, just a basic room. Beds were comfy and clean so it suited our need for a short overnight stay.

On a positive note, the staff at this motel were very friendly and helpful. Really expensive and definitely not worth the cost. The motel is really tired, rooms were okay. We sadly had a dirty towel in a supposedly clean room but just discarded it as we had enough. Avoid at all costs the dire breakfast. Wouldn’t stay again but ideal location for us for an event.

We stayed here two nights. We reserved and were told it was a king bed room. However, when we went into room, it was two queens. The room could have used a better cleaning. I have never been in a room that had 1/2 a roll of toilet paper with no extra roll. The breakfast was subpar. Coffee not always available, they put out eight little creamers that go quickly. Only hot food was biscuits and gravy (which was terrible). Over ripe fruit. Now for the worst part of the stay. Both nights there were parties that went on until 3:00am. The second night the party started at 9:00pm and ended at 3:00am. There were people within 6 feet of our door partying on the main walkway to the doors. Marijuana smoke was coming into our room since you can see the light around door seal. I tried calling front desk with no answer. I went down to the front desk around 10:30pm and no one was there, instead a sign that said they had stepped away. We almost packed our bags and left at midnight but did not feel safe to walk through the group of people partying. This is not the best part of town and should have listened to other reviews about drug use and partying. Upon checkout, I was able to actually talk to someone about the issues and he said he made a security check at 3:00am around the property and saw the people on the common walkway outside our room but did not think they were too loud. Really? 3:00am six feet from other guests doors? I asked to speak to manager and was told she was not available. I have left three messages for manager to call me to discuss these issues and have not received a call back and don't expect that I will. Lesson learned. I will never stay here again!

Took money for the room key and never returned the money despite the key returned. The motel states they can't do anything about that because "it is done automatically". No accountability and not willing to help.
Very poor service. I would be very careful giving them money. Cash only because they are clearly unreliable and unaccountable.

The room is a health hazard. The food is a health hazard. The staff is not professional. Not wearing their face mask. The cook had rat poison near food. What was she thinking. The bathroom did not flush, There was blood in the tub and on the shower curtain. And there was drugs in the room. The sheets were not clean. The floor has not been vacuum. Dog hair on the floor and furniture. The room had a bad odor. Fix this building. The ceiling is cracking.

Not comfortable. No customer service at check in. Arguments in the parking lot at night and in the morning. Vulger language right outside our room. The room has an old, sqeeky bed that was soft in the middle. The breakfast was yogurt and biscuits.

Tight but comfortable room with a good bed and shower. This is not a room if you like to lounge around. The room was absolutely clean, but the look was something I remember from decades ago in the New Hampshire mountain resorts.

I recently stayed at Sugarloaf Mtn. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room itself is in need of a deep clean. The carpet had bits of paper and clothing threads indicating it had not been vacuumed. The floors near the sink area had not been mopped. There were gross sticky spots.
Bed was okay.
Not many people around, so it was fairly quiet.
Better cleaning will get a recommendation from me next time.

Arrived after 4:00pm., room not cleaned , after booking early. Very tired and uncomfortable from procure at hospital, so we accepted the room offered, not a handicap room. No reason or apologies. Spent a miserable night in a dirty room. WOULD never refer this place to anyone !!

is breakfast a full with eggs and meat?
Answer from Abacela
Roseburg, Oregon
No. I stayed here this past weekend. They served biscuits and gravy (cold gravy), pancakes with unevenly, pre poured batter and cereal. The breakfast was the worst breakfast I've ever had from a hotel.
