When the ladies at Vista House recommended Bridal Veil Lodge, I decided that even though I was looking for a wooded cabin for a few nights, maybe 1 night at a B&B would work before I moved on. As soon as I saw the cottage, I asked Roland, host extraordinaire, if it were available for 3 nights. When I opened...

The cottage was so cute! I loved the sky light and seeing the stars at night! It was so quiet and peaceful. A perfect spot! The owner was friendly. We enjoyed hearing about his relatives that lived there long ago. The decor included many items from his family. I even had a turn at the player piano!

We stayed here for two nights in one of the cabins and had an amazing time. Roland and his family were excellent hosts and provided us with amazing hospitality, truly making us feel like a part of their family. They also gave us an in-depth lesson on the history of Bridal Veil, as well as the lodge itself. Breakfast was...

My husband and I stayed here in May 2012. What a beautiful place! So quiet and comfortable. No TVs or phones, which if just how I like it. The breakfast was great and the owners were so nice. They knew the history of the lodge and area. It was fun talking to them.

My girlfriend chose this b&b to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. Bridal Veil Lodge exceeded all our expectations. It was remote & yet easy to get to from Portland International Airport (PDX). We were in one of the cottages located just off the lodge. The back side of the cottage was comprised almost completely of windows & so the view...

Nestled in the lush forest of the Columbia River Gorge, the Bridal Veil Lodge Bed & Breakfast was a romantic and relaxing getaway for our city-tired selves. We took in the breathtaking views of the river and sheer basalt cliffs before returning to our quaint cabin for a relaxing sit on the porch. As twilight crept into the gorge, the...

This was exactly the type of setting we wanted for our belated 1st Anniversary. We flew into Portland, rented a car and we were at the falls areas in very little time! GPS does not work to find the place. More than one traveler we talked to said the same thing about this area in general. :) The directions on...
