Absolutely horrible opportunist. Would never have choose this place if I knew all of the details. Only their most expensive sites are available. If you need a single night everything else has a two night minimum. This type of opportunist situation is terrible and I never would've booked if I had known that they do this to people. There's no reason that a glorified campground calling him themselves a resort should hold a two night minimum on their basic tent sites I will not be visiting again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. If you would like to speak to someone regarding your particular dates and site type, please feel free to give our resort office a call, but here is some general information regarding reservations: There are two night minimums on hospitality units year-round because all linens are provided to our guests. Two night minimums may be required for RV sites and tent sites during peak season. Our basic tent sites are our most economical sites and have the lowest occupancy in the resort. Our premium sites typically book up 12-15 months in advance for peak season. Minimum stays are noted on our website and explained at the time of reservation.

Been staying here for 20 years. My favorite campground in the area. Last visit was last weekend. I just have to comment on the wonderful, friendly, accommodating employees who work here now. From the greeter at the office, to the exceptional office staff, Erin and Dana, to the maintenance personnel and the camp security person all did an outstanding job making our trip the best ever. Thank to the employees at Oceanside RV park. Hope to see everyone next year.

Right off the beach. Clean. Quiet. Neighborly. Everything you'd want in an Oregon Coast RV park! Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Spaces are well lit and marked. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of cabins, rv spaces and tent sites. Wifi works well enough. So, think about staying in this lovely park the next time you come to the coast :)

My wife, my dog and I stayed at the Oceanside RV Resort last week for 5 days in site 44. This was a GREAT location, lots of space and an easy walk to the beach. The campground was very nice and for the most part people were quiet. This is a beach location so expect sand in your campground and don't expect to be on grass. Some sites do have grass, however we liked being up against the hedgerow. We will be back as long as we can get site 44., The staff were very friendly and personable. My only complaint was that they didn't sell bigger bottles of wine. There are several large grocery stores in Coos Bay so you can find what you need.

We had the pleasure of staying 2 nights in an RV site. The grounds and facilities were well kept. We came at dust and they had an overnight box to check-in. Bathroom and showers were clean . It was 2 min walk to the amazing Oregon coastline and tidepools , which were quite desolate. They had a local musician come play on Friday and a food truck serving up tasty dishes. Just missing a playground for the kids to gather; albight almost perfect.

We loved this little place. The site was level for our class b RV and access to the beach was great. We were also impressed with the facilities including bathrooms and showers . They were spotlessly clean and this is the only RV park I have ever stayed at that had hot showers with great water pressure. Also the dog wash station is something that I never thought I needed but was a great extra!! The hosts were really friendly and helpful! I hope to make it back for another stay.

We're so glad to hear this! We take pride in our clean, comfortable facilities and friendly staff. And when our canine guests have a chance to explore the ocean and beach areas, well....we know a dog wash is likely to follow. Thanks for the great review, and we hope you come back again soon!

Reserved this place 7 months prior for a reunion, about 60 people from all over the northwest attended and were harassed, charged extra, and some who made reservations prior ended up without a place to stay for 2 nights because the office didn't put in the correct dates. On the day of the reunion, they tried to keep us out of the yurt we rented until 3 pm, we always eat at noon and needed access by 10 am to get it ready for those coming. After getting Covid, I personally canceled my reservation and they refused to reimburse my $200. I guess I should have gone into the office, but was a decent person and chose to remain home to keep from spreading it. Nothing but disappointment.

This was our first stop here. We stayed for two wonderful nights in space 32 on our way up the Oregon coast. Highly recommend the back up sites close to the beach. Ours had an partial ocean view from our trailer which was a nice surprise. The spaces are clean and ours was offset so we didn't have to stare at the side of our neighbor's RV. The campground is well maintained and the staff are friendly. The park is secluded from roadway noise so we could hear the ocean. The walk to the beachfront is short, and what a beautiful beach it was. Definitely would return!

Room Tip: Backup sites near the ocean are the best in the park, in our opinion! We stayed in space 32.

Beautiful property located on the Oregon Coast. Fantastic beach for walking, clamming and crabbing. One side is bordered by rock cliffs and tidal pools. Unusual geographical feature where ocean waves are guided through a narrow channel of rocks on the cliffs. If conditions are right, giant splash waves are formed. We stayed in one of the small cottages. They appear to be new. Very clean and comfortable. Nice local town with excellent restaurant choices. We enjoyed meeting the new manager, Ben. He was extremely accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The property is in great hands!
