There is no elevator at this property. I wish they would let me know so I could book the bottom floor. They did offer to have someone help with my things but I did not want to admit that I couldn't do it so I did it myself. I wish they would notify me that it is a two story...

Finding a nice dog friendly place that considers real dogs (up to 80lbs) is a real find on the Oregon coast. Sure lots of places say they are pet friendly as long as you have small dogs, but I like real dogs. Clean room, great breakfast, nice hot tub and pool, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. I'd stay here again.

Room was clean. Bed was not real comfy and sheets felt rough. Parking near the restaurant side is a nightmare. There is a locked gate so you have to back out and try to avoid the restaurants patrons cars. The pool and spa are in another building to far away for convenience. LOTS of road noise and a train. Overall...

Be careful when parking, as there is an incline to get to the rooms. The rooms are located in two separate buildings with having to enter from one way streets, northbound and southbound. The hot tub was large and the jets were comfortable on the body. Breakfast was good, but on the week-end, there are lots of tourists with children...

Nothing special. The breakfast was good with several options. The room itself was basic and clean enough, but the carpet was in need of a good cleaning. Lots of noise...train, car traffic, motorcycles-perhaps expected for a hotel on a busy street. But the worst was the TV noise from the next room. If you do stay here, go out to...

Checked in about 8 pm. Room decent and clean. Refrigerator decent. Breakfast was good. Hotel was full. At first, the only parking I found was near street side. Hotel is surrounded by one way streets. If you exit the parking lot you have to drive all the way around the block to re enter. I was finally able to find...

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is a pit! It is located in a very bad part of town in Coos Bay, there is no ocean view, it is run down and the people that work there do not care at all. I asked to have the manager call me and either the message was never delivered or the manager...

We had always felt that Best Western Hotels could be iffy because of inconsistency. we book this one because the rate seemed good and we also would get Southwest Points and location was good. We were pleasantly surprised at how excellent this hotel was in every aspect!! Very Impressed. We would definitely go back to this location and would strongly...

Perfect location to stay for night on family vacation traveling along Oregon Coast. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Front desk staff very friendly and offered a good recommendation for restaurant family within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was a bit sparse, but we also arrived to eat with only 15 minutes left for guests to eat. Would stay again.

I had room one over from road. Room was clean. Had a goodnight sleep. Hotel staff friendly. When I first walked into room; I had a visitor. Little daddy long leg spider. I'm a pest control technician so spiders don't bother me. Spiders can slip through doorways. I can see though if I was afraid of spiders... this would make...
