We stayed in Chalet 509. It was small but the perfect size for a family of four, very clean, and nicely decorated (not outdated at all but still had that cabin in the woods vibe).

Things to be prepared for:
* There is a television but you can't watch tv (we were happy about this). However, you can borrow VHS tapes or bring your own DVD or VHS. There is a player in the living room.

* The kitchen is well equipped with cooking and storage supplies, but there are only five settings (plates, silverware, bowls, etc.). This would have been fine except we had another family of four join us for dinner one evening and had to improvise. There was also only one dish towel, which was sopping wet after our first round of dishes, so next time I will bring a few of my own.

* We brought our own coffee and knew there would be a coffee maker, but we did not realize that there wouldn't be coffee filters. The chalet was supplied with little pre-packaged Wolfgang puck coffee packets to put into the coffee maker but unless you like weak coffee, bring your own coffee AND filters.

* There is no internet except in the office which has limited hours

* There is a little grocery store/gas station right across the street. It has almost anything you need in case you forget something (like coffee filters).

* The loft was great for kids. It had a nice fence in the open part so I didn't have to worry about them falling out, but the stairs are very steep so that added a different element of me telling my kids to be careful.

Overall, this was a win/win! We brought both our dogs for a really small fee compared to Airbnb or similar. It is a five minute drive to the ski resort. It was so nice to have the option of internet or tv. We played games, went on walks, and skied. It was super fun! Highly recommend.

We booked this last minute and were so happy with the chalet that we were in (Chalet 508). Really perfect for a family with 2 kids. Our kids LOVED having their own beds in their own upstairs loft space just for them. The chalet is spacious with a great outdoor deck. Really calm and we didn't even notice the neighbors. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Really easy to make dinner and everything. The only thing that was missing was a bigger pot to make food in, but no complaints apart from that. We would stay here again.

Driving out west from Pennsylvania we stopped at this Inn. Found it to be very clean & comfortable. Hostess was lovely. Enjoyed the snacks that were provided and great amenities. Walkable to a really good restaurant that was recommended by the hostess. Definitely would recommend!

The staff was great and worked with us prior to our arrival to add a few more nights to our stay. The cabin, when we entered it, was picked up. But when we walked into the bathroom there were toothpaste spit stains on the mirror. When we went to make coffee, there were grounds from prior guests in the coffee maker and no filters. When I needed to wash dishes there was a small dawn liquid squirt bottle on the sink with maybe 1/16” of soap. Luckily there is a place across the street that sells coffee filters and dish washing detergent. The fridge was clean, the oven was dirty with food stains running down the front to the oven. When the trash was full there were no extra trash bags. It was a nice place, but not kept up and certainly not cleaned well.

My husband and I along with our nine month old son had reservations for a hotel room at the Willamette pass inn. Upon checking into our room we first noticed that there was hardly any security. It’s simple key and no deadbolt. The door could easily be pushed in or kicked in.

The room was dirty and dust covered most surfaces. There was a horrible smell in the room. The bathroom floor was dirty. The toilet was not flushed.and looked like it wouldn’t flush. The small kitchenette area was not suitable for human use. The bed was lumpy and I doubt the mattress had been changed in over 20 years.

The location of the hotel is a long a busy highway and road noise can be easily heard from inside of your room.

We decided to head over to the lake and considered not staying at the hotel room. We did not feel comfortable with her nine month old son staying in a room in that condition. Upon our arrival we noticed a drug deal occurring in the parking lot. It was then we confirmed that we would not stay at the hotel. My husband went to check us out and ask for a refund and advise them of the reasons why. The staff declined a refund.

We also appeared to be the only ones at the hotel as the parking lot was empty.

We were very disappointed in the conditions of the room. Do not take children to this hotel as it is unclean and there were obvious drug deals taking place within a few hundred feet of the rooms.

Family camping at Crescent Lake, but us with no camping gear. The lodge at the lake-closest to the campground was closed, so we booked here. Friendly check in. Somewhat rustic wood decor. Larger room than most.Room has a futon which is NOT comfortable sitting.Bed ok for me, but not soft enough for husband. Small fridge, 2 plate burner stove, microwave. Coffee provided plus a few snacks. Cone style fireplace and wood provided. Very dark, especially around the TV and fireplace. No regular or satellite TV, but there are DVD'S & VHS movies. Too bad the remote didn't work.
Vinyl in bathroom shows wear from water and age. No hair dryer, so I had to ask for one. Quick and friendly checkout.

For $300 dollars a night you would think things in room would be nice but that is not what my wife and I found. The rug was filthy I mean spots all ove, the place was like a ice cube fire place did not work the tiny wall heater was the only heat and it was 30 degrees outside, we had to use the oven to get warm the sink and shower were dirty, curtins we’re torn so couldn’t close all the way, mo extra bedding, half a roll of toilet paper, I could mention more about how dirty the chalet was. All in all very poor maintenance. Oh buy the way my wife had to clean sinks and silverware, had food on them. Should be called buget inn. Dan

First of all the room was dirty, very uncomfortable bed. Woke up in the morning all that was in room was decaf coffee and no sugar. Have been coming up here for years off and on, they used to put little bags of cookies and candies but not any more. My wife and I didn’t enjoy our time here.

Nice cute room. Our brown bear comforter had weird white stains and the toilet had pubic hair at weird random places. Those were the only down fall, other than that comfy and quiet. My husband and I did encounter something weird in the middle of the night. Something kept pulling my blanket off of me and my husband saw and a white translucent hand slowly reaching out pulling my blanket away. He also kept feeling something breathing in his face, cold haggard air.

Cozy and quaint little motel. My husband and I stopped here with our baby after a long day of hiking. A bit of rod boise but we were exhausted and fell asleep right away. The front desk associate was very kind and welcoming. We felt right at home!
