Accommodating to after midnight check in. Arrived around 1:30am. Asked for pet free room on the phone. Upon arrival found out the entire property is pet friendly. Gross.
Good: I didn't smell pets.
The bathroom was clean, (bathtub permantaly stained), the sheets were clean, beds and pillows comfy, blackout curtains worked. (But they had a gross white stain on them) Gross.
The fridge worked and was clean.
Gross stuff: The carpet was badly stained and we felt the need to wear flip flops while walking around. Gross.
The apolstered chairs were also badly stained.
We had a late night meal we brought and I had to put a towel down on the chair to eat. Gross.
It was quiet and the staff was kind and accommodating to a late check out, and fresh coffee.
I hope to not stay here again amd felt were lied to about the "pet free" room request.
I couldn't get over the carpet and chair stains though. Gross.

My son and I stayed here last week for the US Olympic Track & Field trials. It was an easy 12-mile trip on the highway into Eugene where the trials were held. This was a great place because the room was clean, free breakfast, and plenty of parking. The front office staff was very helpful throughout our five-night stay. Creswell is a nice community and we felt safe there. Even though the hotel's pool and hot tub were still being renovated, we greatly enjoyed this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a corner room on the third floor which was nice and quiet. The King size bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room had a fridge and microwave.
The staff were friendly and competent.
Nice lobby where we could sit with a bigger group to chat.
Breakfast had a lot of options.

2 star hotel is a privilege for this place. Stopped here because we thought it would be better than staying at something like a Super6. Word of advice, save some money and go there. The room smelled like cigarettes as soon as my wife and daughters walked in,it slapped us in the face. We arrived at 3am and were checking out at 9am due to being tired, we just decided to sleep through it. My daughter mentioned before going to sleep she felt ants on her and I told her it was her imagination since I couldn't see much in the dark and really needed the rest. Next day we woke up an hour before leaving at 9 and went down to eat breakfast. Unlike other hotels we have stayed this week, this place believes the pandemic calls for their breakfast only including fruits, packaged breads and juice or coffe. No eggs, pancakes, waffles or any of the other usual options we have received at our other stays. When we got up to our room, within minutes when we sat down there were ants on our plates. I apologized to my daughter and called the front desk to make them aware we couldn't eat in our room due to ants being all over. They offered to eat in the breakfast room, not to come clean it up or another room(which they weren't aware we were about to leave). Got to the breakfast room and while there were 4 us, they mentioned if we needed more chairs they would bring it. Well all their tables had 3 chairs, that would mean bring one more chair right? Nope, still had to go move the tables and chairs myself. While I'm not lazy and can easily do it myself, there was clearly no effort or care given to the bad experience we just had with the ants(some had already been squished on the wall by someone else). For the price you pay you are much better going with the Hilton, Holiday Inn,Airbnb or save some money and go to something like a Super6.

Rude, unhelpful staff. Room was dumpy, walls thin, stains everywhere, shower smelled, "gym" was lol. Mostly, though, the staff was what bothered me. It's like every single one of them hated their jobs. They took it out on their customers. They were just ... mean. I'd stay anywhere else, including in your car.

Last week we took a 6-day road trip from Northern California to Seattle, WA, and then back home. We stayed in other hotels along the way and stayed here for one night on our two-day return trip. Of all the places we stayed, this was the least expensive and provided the best overall experience. The room was clean, the ice maker worked, the thermostat worked properly and they offered a nice morning breakfast. I cannot say this for any of the other places where we stayed.

Took a high school basketball team to the hotel. Very clean and front desk was great to work with. Would return in the future. Price was great for a school group. We were allowed to store bags in conference room until our game later in the day.

This hotel is very clean and the rooms spacious. We had a suite and the 2nd room was amazingly HUGE! Breakfast was good and filling. We only stayed one night, but definitely could have stayed longer if need be.

When you need to be near the University of Oregon at the same time that every other parent in the world needs to be there, and you refuse to pay $250+/night during those prime dates, driving 10 or 15 minutes to save 50% seems like a really good idea. For us, it was.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking was easy. The bathroom was great. The breakfast room wasn't too crowded. The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. We were assigned a room on the second (of three) floor, and could hear the people above walking around. I asked to be given a room on the top (3rd) floor, and it was no problem. MUCH better.
Nothing fancy, but very comfortable and while not immediately proximate to campus, it's just to the south, so on the right end of town. We would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at other Comfort Inns before, but never at the Creswell site. I decided to give it a try after a long, exhausting day on the road.
On the outside, it looks very modern and new and inside it's clean. Very swanky compared to what I've come to expect. But then the problems started.... First, the front desk person said they did have lots of rooms (the parking lot was empty, so duh). Then said they "system" wanted to put me in a certain room (?). The maid came by and rattled off 5 or 6 rooms that she'd already cleaned and were ready. The front desk lady asked about a specific one, but the maid said she'd have to clean it. Now, I just asked for a room, nothing special - not sure why I couldn't just go into one of the already cleaned rooms. Oh well.
15 minutes of waiting later, I finally got into the room and it was great. This one had a king bed and couch and desk, with a new LG flat screen TV. Very nice. Very, very nice. Until...I begin to nod off on the comfy bed and I hear someone at the door. What the hell?! No knock before, so it can't be housekeeping. I had the security bar on, so whoever it was just tried to force it a few times, then I heard mumbling and the person left. Well...okay then.
Then I hear loud yelling and banging coming from the room directly above mine. Sounds like teenagers. Then a very loud bang, as if someone has hit the floor (my ceiling) and more angry yelling. Should I call the cops? What's going on here? I wait a little to see if it might die down, but apparently it's big time wrestling going on upstairs. Did I mention I just wanted to rest after a long trip?
I go to the front desk and a different person is there. I mention the noise and she says I could change rooms if I want. I ask her why not just throw out the disruptive guests. She says "I don't know you, but the other guests have been here a few days." Really? Wow. So if you want to be disruptive, wreck the room and drive out other guests, just make sure you stay "a few days."
So I pack up and move to the other room. Which - surprise, surprise - isn't as big as the first one. It is hot, things are in disarray and there's a nasty stain on the chair at the desk. Yuck. So I spend some time cleaning this new room.
Other than that, everything was great. Maybe with better management, it would be okay.

Due to ADA Rules any room must be animal friendly insofar as any service animals must be allowed.
Not a clue. I don't take my animals to hotels.
There is room for eighteen wheelers, RV's etc. Plenty of room for everything.
