Stayed here last night and it was awful. Wanted to go to bed immediately after dinner, which was actually very nice, just so we could leave as soon as we could. We were allowed to check in early but our room had clearly not been ready. Though it was clean, there were no towels or toiletries to be found. When...

Like some of the other reviews, we were lost and tired from driving. The north entrance to Crater Lake was closed and we were at our wits end. Alex at the front desk was sweet and offered us directions to the other entrance, and when I asked if they had any rooms for the night they accommodated us with a...

This place is usually wonderful, we have stayed & skied Mt. Bailey numerous times with them. This year was different, they canceled our ski trip because of weather, which is totally normal. We couldn't re-book, which is what they wanted, so now almost 7 weeks after our trip was cancelled (by Diamond Lake) we still can't get our $ back!...

What an amazing place! We pulled in tired, hungry,in need of gas and propane, and totally unprepared for the weather as this was an unplanned side trip, hoping to make Crater Lake. Mike at the front desk was gracious and informative, if not just a bit skeptical of us crazy people. He offered us a beautiful spot all by ourselves...

I love to spend a week in January at the Diamond Lake Resort. I enjoy winter recreation and this place is the adult version of Disney Land if you love winter recreation. The staff is very helpful and really bends over backwards to make it the best experience possible.

Beautiful gem ran so poorly. I booked a trip for my husband and friends to enjoy the outdoors and snowmobile for a night at Diamond Lake. The day we were suppose to travel, the largest storm shut down many highways and we were unable to make it. We called to ask suggestions that morning, refund or rebooking and they were...

Old, outdated, dirty, over-priced. The bedspreads look like they are from the 60's. The carpeting is just as old and gross. The walls are paper thin. The advertised price of the Friday night tubing was $15/person. When I paid I was told it was $27.50/person due to the special s'mores, cocoa, lights and music. The music was Led Zepplin blasting...

My partner and I came into Diamond lake late one night in the fall. We were a little lost, confused and been driving for hours. The friendly staff helped us with all our questions which included can we watch the Blue Jays here in the morning? (which they allowed with no questions!). we came back in the morning to have...

If you want to ride on the best snowmobile tracks in the world, this is the your place. Perfectly groomed trails with amazing views for 100s of miles.. Great having the sleds right outside your so called cabin - more like a 1950s shack.- 2 bedroom That said the resort is in very poor shape with the accommodations being at...
