This is a decent place to stay if you are wanting to be close to the University. Conveniently located off of Franklin. It is an older hotel. Ok breakfast are in the morning. The pool is a decent size as well as the jacuzzi and workout room.

We stayed one night to visit family in the area. I had screwed up my reservation (completely my fault) but the desk staff found a room and didn't gouge me. We had the "leftover room", the room on a busy street corner but at that point I really didn't mind. As with all Best Western properties I have stayed in,...

We appreciate you making our front desk aware of the situation. Thanks to guests like you, we can keep our property well maintained and safe for all our guests. If you choose to stay with us again, there are balcony rooms that are further off the road that overlook the Mill Race Creek.

We've stayed at this hotel before on our annual trip to Oregon for a family reunion and the Prefontaine, and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, just as they were on this trip. First, the positives. The hotel is very conveniently located to the U of O, in fact if you are going for the Pre (and you...

Never been a big "best western" fan, but this place changed my mind. The kids loved the pool, and the pond next to the hotel was great to walk around. I'll definitely keep this hotel in mind for future trips to Eugene. Nice staff, nice location.

We're happy that your stay with us also changed your perception of Best Western as a whole. If you enjoyed the Mill Race Creek, you might also enjoy the river walk to Autzen Stadium as well; it's located directly behind our property.

Excellent hotel in Eugene & right across from the university, so perfect for visiting students or family! We stayed here on a quick family trip & were extremely happy with the accommodations. Breakfast is in a separate building & was plenty spacious. Menu ranged with great hot items to great grab-and-go selections for busy travelers. Staff was friendly & helpful...

Thank you for your 5/5 review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Being directly across the street for the University of Oregon makes visiting students who live on campus a lot easier, and we hope to see you again when school starts!

Clean, comfortable and safe place to stay while traveling, friendly and patient staff, washer and dryer a big plus! I enjoyed the king sise bed rooms as they had a large sliding door window overlooking a small river and lots of trees, breakfast was amazing!

This is a great location to stay in Eugene if you are going to experience the University of Oregon. I always stay here when I come to Eugene. Walking distance from U of O and Autzen Stadium. The continental breakfast is always disappointing but Sam's on Franklin is right next door and there food is awesome.

The Motel was a few blocks from the event venue that we went to. And the rooms were great, I have stayed at Best western before in Wanatchee WA for Business and it was the same experience service that I got which was good and sleep well.

The room is really small, they put a desk in the room which is nice, but it is "normal size" in a tiny room. You cant get by the chair to get to the micro bathroom! Not enough outlets to power/charge electronics. For the price charged, there are better places to stay!

Richard, we're sorry that you felt that your room was too small. If you choose to stay with us again, please ask our front desk about other room options we have. It sounds like you were in a standard queen room, if you're looking for a room that's a bit more spacious, I would recommend reserving a king room overlooking...

A centralized, quiet surrounding area.with running, hiking & biking trails nearby. Breakfast was great. Service was professional, Wish there was a covered area to walk from the rooms to the breakfast area.

Thank you for your positive review! If you follow along the doors of the rooms, there is a covered walk way up until you get to the second half of the drive way in front of the lobby. Our front desk always has umbrellas available upon request as well. We're glad you enjoyed our breakfast!
