Hotel is in a great location. Within walking distance to old'town. Wish the front desk could have been more help with finding a parking lot close to the dunes. The rubber ducky was a nice treat and my loved it

Motel was within walking distance of the Old Town shopping district. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival and comfortable. The housekeeping second day was less than stellar, but that was the only negative. I would stay there again.

Great, clean, well organized hotel. Fresh donuts every morning. Walk to the town, make sure you go to the coffee shop downtown. No AC, but never needed it and the room had two fans. Thanks for making our two night visit a great time!! The town of Florence was great. Did a dune buggy tour and saw the sea lions....

Loved our stay. Great hospitality and service. Very clean. Noisier on the highway, however, price is great for the services. The cleaning staff, office staff extremely helpful and motivated to ensure guests were comfortable.

Room was fine as usual. Breakfast in lobby is okay, but minimal. House keeping did a good job & got the room redone in good time in morning. Room on the end was pretty noisy; lots of highway noise. Will request a room further from the end next time.

Hard to believe this junk place is ranked high!!! The place is right next to 101 and is super noisy. Lack of air conditioning doesn't help either. Poor breakfast is like moldy icing on a smelly cake. Will not return.

This is more than comfortable with friendly staff and is only a 5 minute walk to town. Our room had two queen size beds in it and a small but adequate bathroom. It was a little pricey, but it was the 4th of July. Would definitely stay there again. Great little town too.

We chose Florence for our last night of a 10 day loop in Southern Oregon. It was simply a question of proximity to Eugene, where we needed to return our rental car the next morning. We were pleasantly surprised by both Old Town Florence, with its charming shops and restauranrs along the river, and the Old Town Inn, with its...

At first glance ti looks like any standard old motel however there is nothing standard about it. It is exceptional. They do things like towel animals and other fancy things usually found on cruise ships. Breakfast is minimal but the doughnuts are fresh, not packaged.
