Let me be generous and call housekeeping "indifferent". There was a small dead bug on the bathroom sink when I checked in. Out of curiosity I left it. It's still there three days later. They don't clean anything during your stay, including the coffee maker. The carpet has holes patched by an amateur, and doesn't appear to have been vacuumed,...

Our room was a basic, clean/no odors, one-bed room. We thought the price was just a little high so near the end of tourist season (very late Sept.) We didn't try the wifi or pool. They do not offer a breakfast, but there are several eating places close by. I think it is a family-owned business and the two employees...

Note to TripAdvisor: You have this place listed under "Other Accommodations" This is no "Lodge" despite the name. It is a Motel. There is nothing about the property that categorizes it as a "Lodge" except the name. Why it is named so is a puzzle! We booked two rooms and found both clean and each met the essentials. The rooms...

The owner is a really nice lady, and the staff is pretty diligent. I wanted to title this review "The Fawlty Towers of America" but that seemed a little cruel. Though accurate. She really tries hard to be accommodating, friendly, and service-oriented. She tries really really hard. Like John Cleese schmoozing guests. And then, in the end, some of the...

Quiet, clean, convenient. We traveled from TriCities and met friends who flew into PDX for one night at this "Lodge". The staff was professional and accommodating (I think it is family owned) from owners to cleaning staff. I made reservations over the phone about 2 wks in advance, showed up, they had our reservations ready, signed the little check-in card...

We stayed here for 3 nights with friends and found the hotel a great value for the price. Enjoyed having outside places to gather and the hot tub and pool were perfect. Easy walk downtown. Plan to stay there again for our next wine tour. Marty Pachciarz

Simple Inn with very nice and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and very nicely decorated. Beds and pillows great! Common porches to sit and enjoy the beautiful river and mountains. The whole building is climate controlled for comfort. Non smoking rooms. Great mid point on river. Decided to stay extra night.

I decided to stay here as a change of pace. This is a funky outdated sight. I paid 92 bucks for my room and it could have been better. I am not saying it was a bad place but the room only acceptable, clean with old beds. The room lighting was terrible. No lamp or lighting at the work desk,...

Lovely place on the edge of town and close to the cafe for breakfast. Pleasant staff. Quirky shaped room. Wish there was a window on the interior to create a breeze. Superb bathroom appointment ! Stellar! Beautiful, clean, newly upgraded. Stayed over the pool, local neighbors a bit loud but we were too tired. Cute little balcony but had space...

First impressions say alot. Piercings, tatoos and smoking made for memorable greeting. Checked in to our room on the top floor, hoping that it would be a little quieter with nobody above us. but I was wrong the room next to us had a few young females making a lot of noise going up and down the stairs, laughing and...
