Our family embarked on the 7 Wonders of Oregon road trip. Crater Lake was the last leg of our trip so we booked 4 room at this hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The only drawback was check out. The clerk told us we had 5 rooms reserved. We showed her the email confirmation showing only 4 rooms. Then...

Wasn't my first stay at this hotel, but my August 14 trip will be my last. Front desk service was horrible. There was no manager on duty to help us with our issue; front desk clerk wasn't willing to call anyone to help override computer glitch. Very disappointed in lack of quality of service ... Customers don't come first in...

Several of our family members stayed here during a reunion weekend. Nice outdoor pool for the kids, and large handicap room for our older members. Good breakfast too! Center of the older part of town, easy to find.

This hotel was by far the worst. When I attempted to speak with the manager, Rose responded by stating "what part of he's not here are you not getting". The customer service was horrific. We didn't have reservations and were traveling back to Spokane so we got a hotel at 0255 on 8/6 the first room had plumbing issues and...

Traveling all day looked for a comfortable room at 9:30 pm. The room was dark, old and carpet dirty and the room smelled strange. As a handicapped person there were no bars by the toilet or in the bath so after checking in we immediately checked out to look for another place. No QUALITY at this inn!

I was happy to find a large family suite to accommodate 5 for only $130/night with no advance reservation. The room was adequate and fairly clean but the recent "upgrades" we're shoddy workmanship (splattered paint, unpatched holes in walls, holes in wall around plumbing fixtures, missing light bulbs etc). The pool was nice and well kept. Unfortunately we discovered that...

The rooms were not clean, or the carpets. The bathroom toilets had stains. The walls were peeling off, lots of bugs like spiders, mosquitoes and ants in the rooms. The bath was not clean enough. I have stayed at better quality inn's this was the worst one. They really need to revamp and keep the hotel clean because there are...

Know that the room definitely does not look like their online photos. Spacious, but very dirty and dungeon-like. It took us 10 minutes and a trip back to front desk after checking in to actually get inside our room. Some of the door only work if you turn them up. Inside the room, the bed was very stained, there were...

A great pet friendly motel and a great price. Right in the downtown core right across the street from a park that is also pet friendly. Rooms are good with microwave and mini fridge. We had one with a king bed. Included breakfast is a winner. Highly recommended.

Okay, it was over the 4th of July weekend, so I knew the pricing would be higher than usual. Usually about $80, but they charged $260. At $80 it would have been overpriced. Probably built sometime in the '60's and never updated, or properly cleaned since, for that matter. I noticed a restaurant within the complex, so asked the lady...
