Room was spacious and clean, although a bit dated. Balcony facing the ocean was amazing, practically right on the beach!! Front desk staff was awesome and friendly. parking is right outside the door to your room.

We stayed one night at this motel. Our one bedroom unit included a well equipped kitchen. The facility is quite modern, well maintained and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is located right on the very busy Hwy 101, the room was quiet. The noise we heard was the lovely somnolent sound of incessant waves crashing on...

Right on the beach with stunning ocean view. Very large bedroom with two queen beds and queen in the wall bed. Full kitchen facility. Indoor pool and hot tub.$140 a night was the best part. Lots of dinning options within walking distance.

This is the place to stay if you are in the Lincoln City area. The staff are friendly, and helpful. The nice lady at check in named Lena made sure we were pleased with our room. Things just could not have been better. One thing worth ten mention is the lack of an elevator, and it is a 3 story...

The location is perfect. Right in the middle of Lincoln City. The view from the balcony was amazing. Surprisingly the wall bed was actually comfortable. And the room was clean. Loved that this place has whole kitchens. The lady at the front desk wouldn't let us check in early. But we will definitely be back in the future. Perfect getaway...

This was our second stay at the D Sands, and based on some of the reviews, I was afraid that we just had good luck the first time, however, it was another fantastic stay. This time we just stayed one night. Last time we stayed two nights. Going forward I think two nights or more is the way to go....

My wife and I visit Lincoln City every so often and D Sands is our favorite place to stay. Nicely appointed rooms all opening upon the ocean. If you're on an upper level, you can leave the door open at night to hear the surf helping lull you to sleep. Couldn't figure out the VCR but the desk clerk at...

Family room on the second floor was great, towels were fluffy, bed was soft, housekeeping was wonderful, beach access is great. Nice kitchen, nice shower. Free wi-fi that worked this time! Yay!! (Last year they were having hotel-wide problems but seemed less than concerned.) Great experience, EXCEPT for the super rude front desk woman we encountered when we checked in!!...

We booked Two rooms for June 13th through the 16th. On arrival one room was not what I booked with Booking.com. I went to office to fixed waiting room full . The desk person rude at me about my booking with booking.com (she said not to use them). She changed to different room and said I needed to pay more....

Was disappointed with unit 313! Poor kitchen. Lack of utensils, no serving or baking dishes. No dishwasher, Lots of STREET noise on bedroom side, but the view to the ocean was nice. Recommend only if you don't want to cook. Too close to the state park but easy access to the beach.
