Back door had no locking mechanism that works; instead there is a stick laid down to prevent the door from opening further than 2 inches. The front door did not have a peep hole to help me determine who was forcing their way into my room 40 minutes before check out. That maintenance person was so persistent that I had... More

Please be assured that your safety was never compromised! The stick in the sliding door frame is not an indication that the door lock is not working; that is a false assumption. The sliding glass door locks are FULLY FUNCTIONAL. Conversely, it is a tool to provide greater protection/privacy if & when you choose to keep the sliding glass door... More

This place is pretty basic, but rooms are spacious and the price is right. We have stayed here twice, once in the older section and once in the newer. We felt that you got a lot for the money, nice view, balcony, optional kitchen, but definitely not fancy! We like it. The staff however leave much to be desired. Customer... More

I am an experienced traveler and have stayed in many hotels of varying star ratings, so I know what to expect of a 2 star hotel -- nothing fancy, just the basics. However, this place is definitely a 1 star. A Motel 6 would have been a big step up. I booked here because it supposedly had a great beach... More

Upon check in, and after having used the bathroom, this guest called the desk, asking for a different room with a better view of the shoreline. We promptly showed her a similar room which satisfied her request for a better view of the ocean. Guests familiar with the coast, know that the position of the shoreline is subject to tidal... More

We found this place rather by accident but were very glad we did. We planned to spend only one night but extended our stay an extra night because we found it to be a delightful place to stay. The rooms are pretty basic, nothing fancy, and the furniture was rather worn. However, it had a nice balcony with a lovely... More

Had read the reviews before we booked so were intrigued enough to give this hotel a try. Arrived to find clean room with dated but working fixtures The pink stove , pink bathroom took us back to childhood trips. After looking at several other hotels in the area, I chose this one as the room offered was huge, overlooked the ocean, had a fireplace and jacuzzi bath (room 130 I think). Being not yet peak season, the lovely gentleman on reception (Marc), very kindly negotiated his rates to fit in with my budget, and we enjoyed a lovely romantic... More

Traveled with a group of 10 people to lincoln city for the weekend and we stayed at this motel, and it was a real bad part on my end to even look into this place. First to start off with I made a reservation in June 2013 (one month prior to me showing up) and that was a little bit... More

The customer reservation was deleted from our reservation system due to a temporary (lasting a few minutes) remote server break-down. Fortunately, the mishap was detected promptly, and the reservation was reinstated; hence, the guest was able to check-in to her desired unit upon arrival. This glitch was related to a server upgrade; we have been informed by our partner company... More

This was the best place that my husband and I stayed at during our 2 week vacation. The room was awesome and the view was spectacular and free breakfast. We were enjoying our room until the next morning when bugs were dropping from the ceiling. We picked up 10 bugs and put them in the garbage. My husband told the manager and he said he was sorry. Monday morning the health department will be advised. Beware. Bugged out

We take reports of bugs in our units very seriously, and act promptly in an effort to substantiate any claim. Unfortunately, the guest did not show any example of the “bugs” that purportedly were falling from the ceiling, and left the property. We immediately conducted a fact-finding inspection, and considered all conceivable variables (bugs' size, shape, flying, crawling, dead, alive,... More
