I found my getaway place here at the Elkhorn Valley Inn. Quaint, charming, clean and could not have asked for a better host in Larry and his breakfast was delicious. Waffles, yummy cheese omelet, yogurt and fresh fruit and juice. The coffee was good too, maybe sitting on the beautiful deck looking out onto the Cascade Mountains with a quiet...

My family recently visited this bed and breakfast and stayed in the cottage. We enjoyed our stay and we plan to go back. Located near many of our favorite Oregon areas. We booked two nights and unfortunately had to leave abruptly due to an ill child. We left at 6 pm on the night of our second day. Larry was...

I stayed at the Elkhorn B&B this past Sunday and Monday while I went to visit Opal Creek and then Breighton Bush the following day. This was my first experience at a Bed and Breakfast but I could not have asked for a better experience. Larry is a great host and made me feel very welcome the first night by...

Had an unexpected weekend free and we wanted to take a mini-vacation from the city (Portland) and didn't want to have to pack up all the camping gear for one night. I despaired of finding a room available in the summer and for one weekend night only, but lucked out with the Elkhorn Valley Inn. Great location near Opal Creek...

My voice will be one among many apparently but I can't resist the urge to add my own comments. I went to Elkhorn Valley Inn B&B for just a one night stay for a romantic weekend with my boyfriend. It was very relaxing and beyond my expectations. We stayed in the cottage which is very well appointed and done just...

We arrived at the Elkhorn after a 7 hour drive from eastern Oregon. It was late and we were met by Larry who told us about local dining options and offered to call ahead for us to which was kind. The room was spacious and whimsically furnished - very much like some B&Bs that we stay in in the UK...

We were planning on camping somewhere in the vicinity of Opal Creek when my husband found a listing for Elkhorn Valley Inn B&B. We were able to make a last minute reservation midweek to sleep in the Whispering Rose Room in a feather bed. The view of Elkhorn Mountain from the back porch was spectacular - totally forested from one...

Such a perfect place for a mother-daughter getaway! Everything was delightful --the Garden Gate room with it's private upper deck, wonderful host and hostess, outrageously delicious breakfast, gorgeous setting -- it was all perfect! We hope to return with our husbands.
