This is a great place to stay. Cleanest and most hospitable dog friendly motel room we have ever stayed in. Lots of fresh air provided by an operable window with screen. Very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff.

Horrible experience! Incompetent staff, absentee manager Corey. I was charged 238.50 for one room for one person after being told as I was signing it would be 150! Corey was extremely rude! Told me "that's not my problem" I will be calling BBB IN THE MORNING!! Found nasty food behind night stand when trying to plug in my phone. I...

From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by a great young man, Jared, at the desk, who genuinely cares for the guests he serves. The interior of the building is wonderfully decorated - not the cheap Super 8 or Quality Inn type of look - and creates a warm atmosphere. The rooms are clean and hallways and pool...

Reasonable price , decent room , good breakfast , just one drawback - Listing said free Wifi , and they had Wifi , but IT DIDN'T CONNECT TO THE INTERNET!!!! Connected several time , came up as "Connected , No Internet" Kind of a deal breaker for me! Thermostat on heater seemed to be more of a suggestion system than...

The rooms are nice, but could use a few more accessible plug-ins for charging. Our king room was a little close to the pool room, one story up, and in the past, this location has proven to be annoyingly noisy. It wasn't an issue last night, as the pool was not in service. This hotel tends to fill up during...

We ended up here due to a very bad storm that prevented us from continue our trip back to Portland. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. It has a very warm, welcoming lobby. Would definitely stay here again if I have occasion to be in Madras.

This is the absolute best accommodation in Madras Oregon. The inside and outside had the rustic appeal, but it was also warm and inviting. They had an inside pool and hot tub, also a washer and dryer. The hot breakfast helped start our day and the hot tub helped end it. We will never stay anywhere else when visiting Madras.

We love staying at this hotel when in Central Oregon. The rooms are large and well furnished. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave also. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet. Delightful!

Whenever we drive through Oregon on Hwy 97 we stay at the Cross Keys. We will drive extra long or cut a day short to stay here. The beds are the best! We have been coming to the Inn at Cross Keys Station since the first year they opened. The breakfast is good but the rooms is what brings us...
