We went to Belknap for a quick one night tent camping. We have never been there before but had heard it was beautiful. Upon check in the older woman working the front desk literally did acknowledge me for at least 7 minutes and only did so when a staff person told her to. When we were setting up we realized...

My husband and I have been here 4 times over the last 5 years. It has it's pros and cons. The pros are; the pools are at a good temperature and clean, the people that work there are usually pretty nice, prices aren't bad, they are very accommodating with rooms and reservations, the gardens are well kept and it is...

This is a lovely hotel in the woods by the McKenzie river which rushes right through the property. Our living room had beautiful views of it. The bedroom faced to the back and was very quiet and you could lie on the bed and look at the trees. The bed was very comfortable. We also had a kitchen which was...

I don't understand the bad reviews. The pools are delightful. Hot and clean. The dressing rooms are clean and well maintained. We were in a small RV and we brought our own towels and soap. This was our third time at Belknap and we have loved it every time. We met lots of people who come here very regularly. Maybe...

The pools were amazing and truly the best part. The upper pool was more the kid friendly pool and the lower pool seemed to have a vibe where kids were not welcome. The heat in the pool was amazing, but you could really only be in for 15 minutes or so. There were hot spots in the pool where it...

I too was a bit concerned about staying at Belknap after reading some of the reviews posted. However, we had a lovely weekend stay in one of the newer cabins. The kitchen was fully equiped, there were towels and soap in the bath, linens and blankets on the bed as well as a Duroflame log in the fireplace. The cabin...

After reading many of the negative reviews, I was hesitant about our upcoming stay for two nights. Upon arrival, I was almost scared to check-in. Not only was the service at the counter friendly, but the process was smooth and the staff was helpful. The corner room (we stayed in #14), was spacious and had wonderful river/pool views. The beds...

We visited today after a visit to the nearby falls. Got a hour pass with the kids (8 & 10). $7 for an hour was just perfect for the kids. Clean dressing room & pool area. Water got up to 104 in the pool. Kids couldn't make it the whole hour as water was just to hot after awhile. Will...

I have been going to this place for years and have always loved it because the pool is so nice but no more. After our visit this time they decided to charge us a $75 cleaning fee for smoking in the room. The room had it's own outdoor deck where I smoked but I did not smoke in the room....

This is a great place to relax mind and body. We have stayed in the lodge and also in the RV park. We highly recommend the RV park. The rooms are small and outdated and the rates are high. Be prepared to be treated curtly, even harshly by the management. Let's just say she is NOT a people person...But if...
