We paid the extra $15 a night for our small dog. The basement room had so many stains on the carpet I was queasy going barefoot (obviously the charge is not being used to clean up when pets do make a mess.) The room and hallway reek of mold and must - the hallway wall on the way to the...

Stopped here for a night. Front desk clerk clerk was friendly enough. Interior of the hotel was dark .gloomy. This property uses real metal keys and the entrance to the rooms are poorly lit and hard to see where to put the key. The cable provider apparently is out and the TV looks like something out of a sci-fi film...

I booked online wanting a room close to the airport. I had driven by often over the yrs and remembered it being a decent looking motel. When we parked however, the "Affordable Excellence" sign gave me pause. Tiny lobby and the office space I needed was out of order. Great. I had not been given a standard lock key for...

Blanket and sheets on bed stained and smelly. Asked front desk for clean ones and we told they have no blankets. Hair on shower walls, brown feces type much under mat in tub. Our sealed coffee cups were plastic sealed without being cleaned first. Television is so outdated that picture is blurry. Run away from this place.

We have stayed at Shilo Inn and Suites Klamath Falls before. Decieded to stay at Shilo Inn Medford. Did not know there is a difference between Shilo Inn and Suites, this was just inn. This inn is along the freeway, a lot of noise. We were on the other side but heard noise anyway. Room was clean and bed comfortable....

If you ask for Room 200, you'll have a very large room right next to the elevator AND the ice machine. My humble estimate of room size is ~ 18' x 16' plus a walk-in closet, lavatory area and separate shower/toilet. It's my guess that all the rooms are not anywhere near this large. Some surprises: The room key was...

Did an overnighter here for a medical appt. the next day. Facility was very clean, although some obvious age to it. My only concern was the lack of a clean comforter/bed spread. As I lay on it and looked across, noticed some bits of food particles and consequent stains. The room was very well done, staff were very friendly and...

We stayed for 5 days at the end of April 2016 with our dogs. Your staff is the best! Pam, Serena, Veronica, Krysti, Ashley, Cheryl, Sierra, Nina, Lacey, Sam, Michael, Jason, Kara, and Christina were extremely helpful in many ways. We were in Oregon buying a house. They were great with giving directions, room service, just overall very accommodating!

It's not the worst I've stayed in but it's very far from the best. You are right next to the road apx. 25feet from my room so it's going to be a little loud. It's an older motel with very few renovations. There is also that weird old building kind of smell. At about $75 per night you can probably...

Thank you for your recent review. Our Medford location is an older building, but our staff does work hard to make sure the rooms and buildings are clean. We hope that you will consider staying with us again as we continue to work on updating our property. –Veronica Gaynor, GM

Motel competes in the lower price category, and that's what we got. Rooms are small but clean, beds were comfortable. Amenities in the room were minimal. Room included a mini fridge and microwave. Overall good for a short stay but would not want it for and extended stay. Breakfast was very basic in a small space but did the job.
