Nice place in a good location in Medford, Oregon. We were passing through on our road trip from California to Seattle. Sweet little decks off each room. Our room happened to face the freeway.. . . Quite noisy. Ask for a room not facing the freeway and you will be happier. We were given a coupon for the restaurant at...

Glad you enjoyed the deck on your room. Thanks so much for sharing your observations, and we hope you'll choose us again next time you travel through Medford.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and roomy. They had a great restaurant. We ate at the bar and just had a lite meal. Our bartender, Kari was awesome. She was always there when we needed her and the drinks were well prepared. (She fixed an awesome margarita) When the food was ready, it was promptly served by who ever was...

The hotel is right in downtown Medford. Right around the corner from several antique stores. The room was good sized and clean. The balcony and view of the creek out side was nice. They were doing renovations on half of the rooms when were there so there was some noise in the early morning. But that was last year(2014) so...

Thank you for the lovely review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the proximity of our property to the wonderful antique shops that pepper the downtown Medford area! The half of our rooms that were under renovation in 2014 are now available to use, and therefore no longer being renovated. Looking forward to seeing you in the future!

The outside doesn't look the best but it was a decent hotel for the money. Breakfast was good and the office staff was very helpful. Clean hotel and good location. It looks old but my most important thing is cleanliness and it was clean.

Thank you Deborah, for the thoughtful review! We appreciate your taking the time to inform others of your experience! We are looking forward to ongoing renovations! Currently, we are renovating our ballroom event spaces, and replacing some of the common hallway carpeting, paint etc. We are also renovating our entrance to better reflect what we stand for. We will continue...

Our room was very clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking a river (some buildings don't overlook the river). Very relaxing, and the included breakfast was good also. Front desk staff very professional.

Not sure who they paid to give them all these four star ratings, but this motel is an absolute disgrace. We arrived late last night to a room that smelled like something had died inside. After driving back to the lobby, which is deceptively clean and updated, we were assigned to another room that smelled equally as bad as the...

Good afternoon Abigail, I was naturally dissapointed to read about your experience. We have been working hard on the quality of service and product we offer at the Inn. Ever since we took over this property we have been working on the improvements to the guest rooms. That included new carpets, mattresses and linens, as well as flat screen TVs...

I'm writing this from room 218. We stopped, tired from a day of driving from SF to Portland. Based on its location, I was expecting a pretty grim experience, but have been very pleasantly surprised. This room is very clean, with new decor and is frankly nicer than many rooms I've had in NYC, Chicago, or Vegas... Having said that,...

We stayed at this hotel during road trip from Vancouver Canada to Sacramento - We found the accommodations quaint and tidy - a bit dated, however the service was above and beyond from the moment we entered the lobby - Marcus at the registration desk had us checked in with a next door room for our two teenagers within minutes...

I accompanied my husband to a business event here. Noting the freeway-adjacent location, I had low expectations and expected to eat off premises. WRONG. Larks Restaurant uses seasonal, locally sourced ingredients even for their killer Happy Hour menu. The portions were so generous on the chicken & waffle with jalapeño butter and blackberry syrup ($7) and the Mustard BBQ slow...

I am writing this from my room after we attempted to call the front desk from the phone in our room 3 times and each time let it ring 20+ times with NO answer. I then dialed the number to the hotel from my cell phone and let it ring another 20+ times. 2 calls this way with no answer...
