Comparing to other accomodation prices in Portland and the surounding area, this place offered the best price. It's a tipical 'Amercian' lodge but the place looks clean and the bed was comfortable. We also had a mix up with the reservation, but the guy at the reception was nice and we sorted our problem. Although it is really far away...

This was our first experience of staying in a "real" American motel room and we were a little nervous (possibly after having watched one too many gangster movies:-). We needn't have been as The Econo Lodge didn't disappoint. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the comforter + blanket even appeared new. The microwave and fridge were also clean...

Very close to the airport but a fair distance from downtown Portland which was fine with us as we had a car and were spending a good amount of time hiking in Oregon so didn't need to be downtown, but avoid this place if you want to be in the downtown Portland action. Room was large and clean, but pretty...

My room was average, but very clean. No thrills hotel. Well maintained but no amenities for the folks who travel well. Clean and cheap The owner/operator was not willing to give my co-worker who is platinum with choice hotels his points for the stay because I booked the rooms in a prepay situation under my name. The owner/operator was also...

This is an older Motel in a mediocre suburb of Portland, Or. We booked here because it is very convenient to the relatives we visit. While older with dated furnishings the owners have installed new quiet AC's, small refrigerator, and microwaves. The suites have a small front seating area with kitchenette counter with bar sink and a large bedroom in...

We were traveling with two kids and they were not able to give us a non smoking room. The room was terribly stinky and like a troop smoking in there. I would not recommend it to anyone. Rooms were pretty old-fashioned but clean. The breakfast was not bad

We recently stayed at the Econo Lodge Southeast on McLoughlin Blvd in Milwaukie, Oregon. We booked online, printed confirmation, and via email, requested an early check-in time if at all possible since we would be traveling 4 hours and then getting ready to attend and afternoon wedding. They said they would try. As it turns out, our room was ready...

We stayed here for about a week waiting for movers to arrive so we were looking for a low price. This was under $70 so it was half of what we normally pay. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the location is good, and the rooms are very large, there was a kitchenette. The rooms are dark and...
