Detailed Reviews
We just stayed for 2 nights with our mountain bikes because we were wanting to ride some of the amazing trails in the Oakridge area. This is probably the safest place you could stay in these COVID-19 times. Unlike most motels, even before these issues, the owners already washed every piece of bedding between guests. This includes the blankets and the comforters! They also sanitize all surfaces, including the TV remotes. When I checked in Laurie sanitized my license and credit card before returning them to me, and wiped down the key. The beds are comfortable and each room has a refrigerator, microwave, and eating area. There are a variety of room layouts. Some rooms have kitchenettes with stoves. Laurie insisted that we take the bikes into the room overnight for safety, and offered rags to wipe them down. After one ride we were able to hose off our bikes so we didn't mess up the room. Right now they are not providing a breakfast box due to current regulations, but the motel was still a very good value for the price we paid. I should mention that there was not a hair dryer in the room (important to some), but Laurie gave me one at the desk when I asked. There are two barbecues in the hotel area for guests to use. There is also an adjoining RV park, so they can handle everyone! And did I mention the rooms are CLEAN?

We stayed in a room while our friends stayed in an RV spot. Our room was clean, had a comfortable bed, clean sheets (that smelled great!), and plenty of room for us, the dog, and our two bikes. I liked that we had a refrigerator, kitchen, and there was a grill right outside our door that made making dinner so much easier. My only complaint is the bathroom was tiny, but those are first-world problems. This is a quaint motel and the owners and employees were friendly and attentive. One evening one of the owners came and let us know they had old towels in the front office to dry off bikes after she saw us hosing ours down, and I appreciate that type of personal contact to let us know how we can help keep the room cleaner and also keep our bikes clean. My only caution is that our friends in the RV park caught someone trying to cut the bike lock on their bikes at 6 a.m., so make sure not to leave bikes out. This event was of no fault of the owners, so just posting as a heads up to travelers. We will stay here again on our next trip to Oakridge.

Arbor Inn is your classic motor inn, right off the main road with a central parking aisle where you park right in front of your room. Our family of four stayed in two separate rooms— they are relatively small but efficient— that were not connected, but the inn is small enough that all the rooms feel nearby.
This is not a fancy or luxurious place, but it’s very clean and seems exceptionally well run. We had one typical room and one slightly larger one with a kitchenette. The simple rooms have good flat screen TVs with cable, small closets, and small bathrooms that function just fine. Fixtures are a bit dated but are clean and hot water is plentiful.
Bedding is comfortable and clean, furniture is tasteful, and while the bath fan and air conditioning unit are both very loud, we appreciated that they worked well. If you just need a place to sleep, you can’t go wrong here.

Wow, we are so happy you loved almost everything about our little roadside motel. We do deff need to do something about the noise that comes from a few of the fans. I have always known AC's to be loud.

Super clean room, cozy space, comfy bed, coffee, microwave, fridge, nice shower, hosts were very willing to accommodate any requests and needs, gave us a nice list of places to to select from for dinner. DOG FRIENDLY OWNERS, which, really, are the best kind of people after all. Large tv, new linens, all in all an excellent night.

Took a room here after a number of days camping on a mountain bike road trip. Very clean, comfy bed, kitchenette was perfect for us. Large rooms with plenty of space to store our bikes indoors, laundry on site, plus a bike wash to get all our stuff ready for the next leg of our adventure. Just a couple blocks from the grocery store if you wanna cook in, and great access to trailheads so we could ride right from our room without taking the truck. Owners were absolutely lovely, helpful, and eager to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. After so many days and nights of roughing it, it was fantastic to relax a little indoors, get the energy levels back up, and be extra stoked for the next leg of our journey!

This place was fabulous. great price, friendly, clean, perfect location. We stayed here and went mountain biking and hiking. They even have rags/hose etc for cleaning bike after a ride if needed. Room was cozy, we had a kitchenette and that was great for making food, storing our cooler stuff. Highly recommended!

The service is very good and staff are friendly and accommodating. I still feel that my review doesn’t deserve more stars because it’s overpriced for what you get. I stayed in many motels on a road to cut my drive short and this motel should not cost more than $50 a night.
It’s really run down and photos don’t do justice. We paid $120 for one night and took 3 min rinse in our shoes and slept in our clothing. There were hair on sheets and floor, from previous guests, dust and broken window rod. Shower floor in horrible condition. Kitchen sink not draining.

I do apologize for how you felt your stay went with us. We had a few new staff at the time who didn't realize that they needed to bring issues the attention of others with the issues going on in your bathroom. As soon as we were made aware of the problem, it was dealt with and had I known of any issues with your room not being to your standard we, would have done our best to move you to a different room as we make a point to have rooms without the issues that you mentioned. The building is not run down, it is in the style of the era that it was built, but we do maintain it. If folks need to have a motel that looks the same as chain motels, we may not be the place to stay. However we are different, every given that every room is built.

The room we had was very clean, large, and well-appointed (we had a queen with a kitchen). The front desk persons were delightful to speak with, and very accommodating. We are traveling with dogs and the property is dog friendly as well as affordable. Also, if you are working remotely in this area, they have clean shoers for $10 and laundry facilities at the RV park side of the motel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

This is a nice little roadside motel. Overall, very comfortable and clean. Even though it was next to the highway, I didn’t notice a lot of highway noise.
Unfortunately, the one window in the room did not open. So the only circulating air would’ve come from the air conditioner, but we didn’t turn it on because the filter was packed with dirt and dust.
We liked that there were two sinks in the bathroom, but the only outlet was low on the floor on the wall opposite of the mirrors. Maybe a mirror in the main area would’ve been helpful.

We are so happy you liked our friendly & clean roadside motel. I am so sorry you did not notice the ceiling fan in the room to help circulate the air. I do apologize for the dust in your AC unit. We do a Deep Clean on all of them Oct 1. It should have been clean. Again we are sorry. I do love your suggestion about a larger mirror, thank you. We look forward too your next visit.

Myself and 4 buddies all stayed at the Arbor Inn Motel in Oakridge for a long weekend of mountain bike shuttles and had a wonderful time! We all got our own rooms which were updated and perfect for what we needed. Laurie and Paul were very accommodating and super helpful! They have a bike cleaning area which was nice and provided towels for cleaning the bikes and bringing them in the room. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to ride down here. The trails are amazing too!
