I live in Lake Tahoe and stopped at Wildhorse on our way home from Republic, WA. We had not made a reservation so hoping to get a room, dinner and have a little fun! Walked into the beautiful lobby and was greeted at check in so nicely. She told us to get a Players Card and that way we could...

We go here often but last night was the first time we stayed here. I asked for a room close to casino because my husband is handicapped. We got a room so far away. It literally was almost the last room down two long hallways in the courtyard. Then the carpet was wet between the 2 beds. A man brought...

I live in Pendleton and always refer family and friends to Wildhorse Resort and Casino, when they come and visit. I have also stayed there as well when family comes and visit since everything is so centrally located. The casino is fantastic and there is tons of slot machines and gaming tables to play. They have poker tournaments and great...

In the past when entering the main entrance/lobby there was cigarette smoke that spilled out from the casino. This year that was gone to our delight, apparently there have been some good improvements in the air handling system in the past year. Our tower room was well laid out and very comfortable. We were here for an overnight and a...

I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed our Birdie Maker Package. For a golfer, it certainly is a great deal! I am also happy to hear that you noticed the upgrade to our HVAC units. We always take guest feedback into consideration and do our best to make changes to accommodate their wishes. All of the feedback we...

We decided to upgrade our room to a plateau suite and while the room was nice and clean the mattress was very hard and we were right by the elevator so the noise was constant all night with the elevator going up and down. We should have done a regular room away from the elevator.

Hi Patsi! Thank you for the review. I can understand that being so close to the elevator might not have been the best thing for your situation. We also have Plateau Suites at the end of the hall if you do not mind the extra walk. I’m sure you will find them much quieter. Sincerely, Roy Jones Director of Lodging

The rooms are very nice, the hotel and staff very helpful. The casino is full of penny machines. We were there during off season, so the restaurant food (we only ate breakfast) was not as good as it might have been with more diners.

The RV park is a really quick walk to the casino. Plus, they have shuttle transport to the casino, as well as many areas with in Pendleton (Woolen Mills) for free. Security drives thru the RV park which is good. There is no discipline. With plugins available for 30/50 amp, why were generators running all night? Quiet time did not...

Hadn't realized it was the Pendleton roundup the same week we were traveling. My husband had not made reservations. We luckily got the very last spot! Someone had cancelled. Place was packed, but quiet. Bathrooms were ok, showers were very small & old. One toilet stall was the grossiest I have ever seen & I clean houses for a living....

The Pendleton Round-Up is indeed a very busy and crowded time to visit the area. The town nearly triples in population with all the influx of visitors. It can be an exciting but also hectic time. Please come visit us again when things are a bit quieter. Sincerely, Roy Jones Director of Lodging

We were going to stay at the campground and got to the spot . It was next to a Trailer with 3 pit bulls and beer cans everywhere. Also we were charged $48.00 because there was a rodeo . We got our money back and stayed in the overflow parking lot. Much better. Just saying the value wasn't there.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this review. I want you to know that I am sorry about the behavior of the RV patron in the next site.
